On subsequent visits the taste seems to have something artificially enhanced about it, and even though it exceeds the taste test, my stomach after, always feels a tiny uneasy, curiously unsettled. Tried this place out twice and both times was horrible. Chicken patties was burnt like they was cooked from the previous day and served to me. The brown stew chicken was horrible they need to do better.

Ordered this place on Uber Eats since it had high ratings. I paid $26 for oxtail that was 90% bone and very tough. The food taste was very good and the rice was excellent. However, I was hugely disappointed with the oxtail. If you’re really hungry, you may want to order 2 of these.

If you're craving some homemade Jamaican food with a large variety of options, FRIENDLY service, and full of flavor then check out Chelly's! Their lunch special is a serious deal! Filling and comes with a drink (water or soda) it's everyday before 3pm. The food is always fresh and they bring out more regularly. They can get pretty busy during lunch hours but it's always worth it and really delicious. They always have specials too (lately they've been making fried bread-fruit!). The place is small with a few tables and they do mostly takeout service but you can dine in no problem and they have decent space. If you're craving some nice Jamaican food check them out!
Someone needs to shut this place down!!! The fried chicken at Chelly’s is SO GOOD, it must be illegal. It’s flavorful, crispy and just plain delicious; not to mention the sauce that goes with it! Excellent accompaniment! A must have when you go to Chelly’s.
