I have to say.. this place would be so great, the food is good and the outside looks nice but don’t be fooled. I work in the mall and it’s not my first time buying from here but this is my last… there costumer service is horrible, not friendly, super slow .. and I found a piece of hair in my food. I politely asked for a new one and she didn’t even say sorry didn’t even say a word. The guy that works in the kitchen has long hair nothing covering it.. Not even two hours later my coworker ordered the chicken tenders as well and also found hair in her food… less than 2 hours. The girl gave her the nastiest face and they didn’t even care. Oh and also every time I buy they charge people different prices.. No longer buying from here.

The staff was so-so but the food was delish. And decently priced as well. I got 2 chicken tenders with spicy ranch and garlic parm sauce combo! Super good sauces and the fries were seasoned very good!

I believe I received the kids menu portion of fries as there were just enough to cover the bottom. The Mac n cheese is soggy, sponge-like... I get late night food isn't always up to par, but this was a sad experience and I'll never come again.

I have been wanting to try this place out and it worked out that it happened to be located in the mall! The macaroni and cheese is PHENOMENAL!!! Whatever you do you must try it out. The only thing is mine happened to be a little cold whenever I ordered it and I was way to hungry to take it back to get another one. The chicken had a really great taste but the cone was extremely stale unfortunately. If I were to return to this business I would probably go to one that isn't located within the mall to get another experience.

I ordered the buffalo blue chicken cone with Mac n cheese. The Mac was delicious - better than what I'd expect from a food court. The cone was soggy and stale. The texture of the chicken was exactly what I'd expect from McDonald's chicken nuggets, but it was not crispy in the slightest. It was soggy from all of the sauce even though we ate it within a few minutes of it being prepared. I liked the seasoning of the fries (tasted like Old Bay) but they were also not very crispy. The only redeeming part of the meal was the Mac n cheese.

I’m a regular costumer, everytime the manager (Reynaldo) is around, the service is outstanding, the food doesn’t take more than 5 minutes to come out. My to go is the “chick’nBowl”, this is truly the best meal in the store, if you have the chance to go eat at Chickn’Cone, don’t think about it twice!

Uumm if you're going here based off pictures, or ads you saw, it's not worth it. It's not juicy chicken breasts bites. But weird pre-processed chicken that looks like it had freezer burn before it was fried. I wish I had taken pictures before dumping it. Total waste of 10 bucks.

Horrible and I MEAN HORRIBLE customer service at both Sawgrass and Ft Lauderdale locations. Owned by the same person. They debited my account for my $60 order. I drove 35 mins to get my food inside the mall, when we get there they say they never received my order (because it was large and they were about an hour and a half away from closing) They should have the courtesy to call and say "we can't make the order", instead of wasting peoples time money and gas. Furthermore, they did not refund me at all on the spot. The teenage attendants said they have no record of the purchase and basically told me to kick rocks. THIS COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR CORPORATE NUMBER AVAILABLE. I had to call 3 locations and the owner personally (who at first refused to take my call audibly when another attendant answered). Guess what? THEY SURE FOUND MY ORDER..... I WANT MY REFUND. YOU PEOPLE CANNOT STEAL CLIENTS MONEY AND HAVE THEM GO THROUGH HOOPS TO GET IT BACK? LUCKY YOU'RE NOT REGISTERED ON BBB (and I can see why) The customer service for this place is deplorable and I'm completely unsatisfied.
This chicken is to die for and will have you coming back craving more! I ordered the Cinna-Maple on a chicken cone and it is so good! And the fries are well seasoned

I tried their new honey fire sauce, and it did not disappoint! I usually go to their FTL location, service and food was great as usual.

Disgusting! Ordered the chicken sandwich combo-so disappointing. Nothing there is made fresh. The chicken was sitting under the light and I watched the cook take two pieces and dump it in the fryer. I don’t consider that fresh food. When I told the cashier the fries were COLD she stupidly appeared surprised.
