I recently dined at Choublak and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere. The menu boasted an array of authentic Haitian dishes, each bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The food was great. I had griot and akra and other things. I really enjoyed and I came here from Georgia. This place is a yes, it's a must go. The server was very nice. We didn't wait long at all. My daughter and friend also had the cake and he bought the kremas. He loved it. I have to get a to go plate before leaving for GA again.

Overall, the food is very good, reasonably priced and the wait time short. The only complaint I have, is that the staff could be a bit more receptive by smiling and be a little more engaging to new customers ordering to go. This I think would make the customer feel a bit more appreciated.
