We came for my son's birthday on a Friday night and the space was clean and very well kept. All of the staff members were very nice and attentive. I would recommend this specific location than another I recently visited. Damari and Kevin were very nice and helpful while I was at the counter ordering food. Renaya went ent out of her way to help me with the trash in the ladies bathroom. I needed a question answer from Julio and though he did not know the answer he went out of his way to ask and come back with the answer. I appreciate all of their help and will definitely be back. Thank you guys!

Chuck e cheese is not what it used to be. There's nothing physical for the kids to do. Chuck e cheese is an overpriced gaming arcade now. No tubes. What took the cake was a lollipop was 1000 tickets the equivalent of 10$.

New management? Whatever they’re doing at this location YES keep it up guys! It’s important for this to be an atmosphere for kids and a friendly environment and it starts with the staff. Great job at this location. I had a birthday party here and excellent service!

My grandson had an amazing experience at Chuck E Cheese! This was his second experience, which was great because in this experience, he was able to walk and explore. I will definitely bring my grandson back to this establishment.

People in the back have no customer service training. They can’t give a realistic time on food arrival. We waited 50 minutes after they told us that the food would be 5 or seven minutes twice.No explanation offered. They said the wings were the issue. When we asked for the rest of the order, they came back and said ‘oh that’s coming out of the oven in five minutes’.The guy servicing one of the machines just slumped over one and disregarded a child that was curiosity trying to see what it was about .Untrained staff except for one girl at the cash counter that was really trying to help.Kid-friendliness: Ok
