I'm really surprised that seeing the other reviews, that there are any above one star. With the decline in customer service and quality over all at dunkin, this was a second location that I tried to make my usual go-to spot. But it's the same s***, just a different day. They now stop you from pulling up to the window after ordering so that you don't trigger the timer. Then, take an unacceptable amount of time to put your order together. But their bosses are only seeing what's on paper so there is no accountability. We ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese on the side. Part of our routine order. Instead, we received them with a thin smear of cream cheese on them. When asked if I could get extra, they told me I would now have to pay extra because it had already been put on the bagels. These are some of the issues we experienced at our closest location and now experiencing at a second. Do I try for a third and give the "three strike" policy? Instead of Running ON Dunkin, I much have to start Running FROM Dunkin.

I finally walked over to the other side and interrupted the workers and said that i just want to order coffee.What a joke
