I ordered a simple 10 piece wings for pickup and received the driest selections. I called to inform the manager about my unhappiness. There was no apology or empathy. The manager, Rich wanted me to return the wings and then they would start on a new order. I wanted him to make my wings, via phone order, like previously. Instead, again, Rich insisted I return them and he would start the order. Not only was I inconvenienced by driving there twice. Now, waiting for the order to be corrected. I had never gone to this Hooters location and was treated like an unpaid customer. I spent good money. I wanted my money worth and don’t feel I need to check my bag to make sure I’m being treated fairly. Please check your orders before leaving this location. Ultimately, I got a better selection, after driving all the way back, making a complaint, and waiting. I left with mostly drums, but better looking wings.

soooo i just spent over $60 on wings and salad and i was told i didn’t PAY for blue cheese or ranch….. which is the most insulting thing ever ! . i had salad and wings .. why would i pay for dressing?????? almost $100 freakin dollars for salad and boneless chicken!? i’m so disappointed in the franchise and the management i think his name is steve for not making the call to just give it as a courtesy … zero heart in my opinion … the food was dry as well no hot sauce .. no dressing .. i’m heart broken because i’m really a foodie and i actually save up for eating out so i look forward to my experiences ?

For some reason or another, I keep coming into this specific location, and as the meaning of insanity goes...continue to do something and expect a different outcome, it keeps happening to me here, it's really just this specific Hooters. I've been to many of them across the country, and for the most part, they are consistent, not this one.This specific review was just from the other day.I walked in with my wife, we sat (it was seated yourself), and maybe 10 minutes later, the server came to our table. The key to success is to listen to the customers who are supporting your business because they are the ones giving you the opportunity to make money that day. Well, our server had no sense of listening. We ordered two double vodkas in a tall glass with lemons. It took nearly 20 minutes for the drinks to get to the table (I already knew how this was going to end up) the drinks were wrong....they were in a small glass, not doubles and no lemon or limes....lol. she asked if I was ready to order, I politely said "I'm sorry but I already see how this dinning experience is going to go, we're not ordering and please close me out and we'll give our business to a business that listens to its customers....Hooters, you guys missed out on at least a $100 tab. Not one time did the manager (and he was close by and aware of what had happened) come to our table and try to save the deal.....going out these days are more hassle than enjoyment, people (management) just don't care about their customers. More training in these areas can make a difference. Good luck and this Hooters will never see my business again!

I sat at the bar outside. Jami and Avery were the bartenders. They were attentive and personable. Super proactive. They worked seamlessly. My experience was better than exceptional. Thanks. ?

It was slow, and the bartender took forever to get us refills, went on a Tuesday night bar had 2 people sitting, and sad that it’s slow and the manager walks by 3 times sees out empty drinks and doesn’t even ask if we’re doing ok or if the bartender is getting us anything.

I like to hang here and have a beer just to chill with people and watch what's on there many TVs. I'll even order up some wings and fries from time to time. I know most of you are ranch lovers and I too dip and dabble but the creamy blue cheese is so good, my fries don't need ketchup!

I hope this message finds the owner/manger. The food is mid quality. The drinks are mid quality. The service is mid quality. The owner/manager should focus more on the service levels and food. The older lady that usually bartends outside tends to only pay attention to her “usual” customers. If you’re not a “usual”, then your quality of service is really subpar. My food orders are almost always wrong and hospitality isn’t readily available here. Save your time and money and choose the other locations near Pembroke Pines or near I-95.
