I love KFC but particularly in this establishment I was treated very badly by an employee named Jakie. Their attention was very rude because I don't speak English well. I came with my family and decided to leave after seeing their bad treatment and bad attitude towards us. When a guy I didn't remember his name left, another employee called me and treated me very well and helped me order. I thank that boy for his good treatment.

The nuggets here are AMAZING!!! They are seasoned well, crispy and addictive. When you go in and order they double check your bag to ensure you have everything!!! Amazing thanks!!
The guy literally pointed his finger at me, raise his voice to tell me to "accept what we gave you" instead of changing the undercooked wings that they rushed to give me and my husband. He is incredible rude and unprofessional, can't believe such a horrible customer service like this even exist in our country!

Finally, a good KFC!!! After deeply disappointing visits to Tamarac and west Sunrise locations, we were relieved to find friendly faces and properly prepared fast food. This will be my go-to location going forth.
