They have bad service, all the women who work there never want to answer the phone I always try to place my order for pickup and no one answers the phone whenever I go to the store they give me a bad attitude always with angry faces one time a lady threw my food at me and told me move on now I don't have time for you I don't think anyone should come here with this kind of bad service ⭐️

I love kfc and I have never had such dry and stale kfc chicken until today at this location. My chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday and left rotating under the hot light all day. So incredibly disappointed that such food would be served. The chickem served to me need to be thrown out because it was not fresh at all.

The worst experience in care. The workers are very poorly educated, serve with a bad temper and answer ugly. Out of courtesy we said thank you and were ignored. Terrible service and the food nothing to do with, comparing it to other KFC points.
Beware of this KFC on Nob Hill and Oakland Park Blvd, 3300, N Nob Hill Blvd. They charged my purchase 3 times because they claimed they were having a problems with their credit card machine. I even told them I better not be charged 3 times for this and they did it anyway. This was the Drive through, the girl took my card twice and then asked for it again as they said their system wasn't working. Also made us wait 10-15minutes for the food as they had us back up so the system wouldn't show us waiting at the drive through window.

This location is definitely slacking. Not sure if they downgraded from chicken to quail because the peices were small, it was over cook which made it dry. The gravy looked like straight up, upset stomach. Not sure what the deal is with this location. Other KFC I've been too have served way better food.
