Do not order from this plan unless you want to go at the pick up time and ALWAYS have to wait.Our favorite pizza placed closed ~1 year ago and we have ordered 4 time online and when we go to pick it up they said we never saw it and looked at the screen and it was there, then we had to wait while it was made ALL 4 TIMES!!!! Today was the last straw with this place I called at 4:20pm and spoke with a women to place an order for my husband to pick up at 6:15 pm on his way home from work. She took down my order for a pizza and garlic knots and READ THE WHOLE ORDER BACK TO ME I MIGHT ADD, My husband arrives ~6;20pm ish and they have the pizza but no garlic knots. She began to argue with my husband claiming maybe your wife forgot to order them. I absolutely DID NOT!!! They said well it will be 10 minutes and AGAIN we have to wait at this establishment when I called ALMOST 2 HOURS BEFORE THE ANETICIPATIED PICK UP TIME!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT NOT WORTH WAITING EVERY TIME YOU GO!!!!

I usually order our food to go but I've dined in twice and this time was pretty good. Our waitress Andrea was friendly and great. Although we waited too long for our food and other tables that came before us got served before us, the food made up for it. Had the penne Alfredo with blacked salmon which was delicious and we shared a small cheese pizza which was yummy. We had the fried oreos that were recommended by Andrea, and that was simply delightful.

We went to sawgrass mills and wanted to eat somewhere pretty close, so we found Lombardi's it was about 10 mins from the mall. We went on a Saturday around 4:30 and didn't have to wait to be sat. The server came up and got our drinks, she seemed a little jittery. When she came back she took our order, and we were told a pizza would take about "15 minutes", so we all ordered food and my sister got a 18 inch pizza and my mom got a chicken brocolli Alfredo, and I got the baked ziti, I also asked for a order of breadsticks for an appetizer, and the two of them ordered side salads. The side salads were so small, and the server brought 2 blue cheese even though we ordered one ranch, and she didn't come back in enough time to ask her. We never got our appetizer, and about 20 minutes go by and she tells us that "the pizza is coming out soon". About 10 minutes later she brings out my moms brocolli Alfredo and says "sorry about the wait guys, someone ordered 20 pizzas so that's what took so long" and she apologized and said she's going to give us a discount for how long everything took. She brought my food out like 10 minutes later, and we still have not gotten the breadsticks or the pizza! It took another 10 minutes for the pizza to come out, so about 45 minutes in total. The server gave us 30% off the bill, and did not ring up my dish. The chicken brocolli Alfredo was ok, the brocolli had a weird taste to it, and I will say my baked ziti dish was actually really good! We had to put the pizza and the breadsticks to go... I guess the 20 pizzas ruined our experience, or idk if it was that or the server but I wish we didn't come here.

The food is excellent. Angie is one of the best servers I've even had to deal with. Bob the head chef made me the best pizza. I felt I was in Brooklyn. Huge slices just like back home. The new manager and his wife, Sean and Lisa have really put things together for a great dining experience. I will probably tomorrow. Thank you so much for the professional dining experience.
Worst pizza I've ever had! The sauce tastes sour, the meatball topping is burnt and awful. The whole thing is just completely unacceptable. Gross

Visiting from out of town and had dinner based on a friend's recommendation. No frills mom n pop place. Pizza was fantastic as was the calamari. Waitress was super sweet! The sauce was particularly good so took a side to go. Afterwards i read some mixed reviews about the place but I'd definitely go back next time im in town.
