Everytime i come to this location only because its close to my job the wait is crazy almost 10 mins just to order and 20 to get food…i dont understand how this location runs. And around 5:30am i am told they only take cash after waiting 10 mins for someone to even come on the speaker. So if you come to this location expect to wait

Everytime I order at this location, even if the restaurant is empty, they take so long to prepare the order. Today I ordered a burger happy meal for my daughter and added American cheese and they never put it, I order 6 piece nuggets and they gave me a 4 piece. They simply don't care.....

The Supervisor wasn't so nice Regarding me trying to places my ordering so needed a small Carmel frappe ...Actually the cook came from back to the front and he informed her that the machine was working... Go ahead and place her order I was so happy that this young man hear me...

It took about 30 or more minutes to order and receive our food and after we received it we were still missing an item.The amount of minutes is not worth waiting for some tasty fries. I find this has been quite common among other McDonalds.

I requested my food cook to order. It’s 24hours, phone rang twice and then no answer. My fries were dropped back in the oil to seem they were dropped fresh. I used to work at McDonald’s and I know with some franchises GM’s , Assistant, shift leads team crew members to do that. The guy terry at the second window was great. Polite nice and concerned about my order being correct and fresh. The quality of “walk in, drop, fresh to order “ is not there. So DO NOT REQUEST THAT. however Terry he was such good energy.

My daughter and I visited McDonald's on University Dr./Sunset Strip. She's 8 months pregnant. The staff were so attentive to her. Even though I was sitting there with her while awaiting our orders, members of the team kept checking on her, asking her if she's okay periodically. She got up from the table at one point to put something in the trash and another team member rushed to her asking if she was okay. Thank you team, I was very impressed.
