Spent 55 dollars for 2 meals, 1 kids meal and drinks. Got charged for an extra drink we didn’t order. The food came out iced cold. When I told the manager he looked bothered that I was saying anything. The food was disgusting and for the price it was ridiculous. Will never go back to a Panera again.

My visit to the Panera Bread in Sunrise was notably disappointing, particularly due to the management by Katie. Handling the challenge of ordering on crutches and with a broken ankle, I expected a smoother experience. Despite clearly communicating my order amidst physical discomfort, the service fell significantly short. The sandwiches, meant for myself and my doctor's office, were not only incorrect but also unlabeled, causing unnecessary confusion. To make matters worse, I noticed an inexplicable $1.00 charge for a substitution in my order, which was inconsistently applied. My attempts to address these issues, especially given my condition, were met with indifference by Katie, exacerbating my dissatisfaction. This level of service, far from what I anticipate from Panera Bread, prompts me to report my experience to corporate. Given the circumstances, I am now reluctant to return to the Sunrise location.

Food is so, so. But, 2 of the 1/2 sandwiches and a cup of soup $28, I won’t be back!

Ordered salad.Katarina the worker said there are no Cherry Tomatoes. We said that we will take it with regular tomatoes.Katarina informed us that they did not have regular tomatoes either. Which we did not believe. She is a flat out liar.We ordered sandwiches right then and there and flatbread and they all had tomatoes. What shame to have an employee lie straight to our faces.Won't go there again

This place needs a face lift.A few I have tried smell like water has backed up from the bathroom. It hits you when you walk in the door. Honestly upper management you are that disconnected that you don't know what is going on in your stores.Get out of your leather seat, stand on your feet for more than 5 mins.Go into one of your locations in South Florida. Not a location in corporate area were they clean out of fear of a corporate head visit. If your restaurant smells this way how well is the food prepared?Shame on you

Ordered delivery through UberEats today. When we received our order, items were missing. I contacted Panera and was told that they "do not work with UberEats, only Door Dash" so Panera cannot refund me for the missing items. This makes absolutely no sense because how can I possibly order Panera on UberEats if they don't have some kind of partnership? This is not the first time that we have been missing items from this Panera location. Even when picking up food yourself, you have to check the bag thoroughly before leaving or else you're just out of luck. It's not hard to look at the order receipt and insure items for to go orders are all inside the bag. I'm about over Panera at this point, especially considering the prices are just as high as if you're ordering from an actual restaurant with wait staff. If you're going to charge $18 for a half of a sandwich and a bowl of soup then you should at least ensure the order is correct.

Perfect proportion size. The food was perfect especially on a rainy day.

NANDA is so helpful ! I was having trouble with what I wanted to order and she was so patient with me and my 73 year old mother that’s half blind, she’s the best. Nanda also brought the food to our table as if it was an actual restaurant .10/10 customer service ..will definitely recommend eating here .

The food is good, however overpriced for the small portions you receive. Service? Ha, when paying at the counter or kiosk they conveniently ask for a tip (why would you tip when you haven’t experienced their service, or should I say “lack of”) They take your order, isn’t that there job if they want you to eat there?!) or you order yourself on the kiosk machine, then they call your name to go pick up your food (I didn’t hear them clear across the restaurant at a table, so after waiting 10 mins I went up to the counter and my food was just sitting there, not sure how long!) Then when your finished they have a place to take your trash and it’s clearly marked where you put your plates and silverware and where to dump your trash or recycle material. I think I should be getting tipped not them! So I ordered the “pick 2” salad and sandwich. The salad was good but small and for under $8 it’s decently priced comparable to other places. However the sandwich was like a sample portion and just under $8 is ridiculous. So the combo “without” a drink for a little over $17, Totally overpriced! Oh and it comes with a baguette. However a little bigger sandwich would have been a better deal and way to expensive for a small sandwich and small salad for $17+. What the heck is the baguette for? by the way is very hard to chew. Just more carbs that this world of overweight people don’t need. How about a little extra meat or a larger salad. I’m done with Panera Bread.

Was around the area, feeling sick from a cold and all I wanted was a nice hot soup.$8+ bowl of soup was more like a cup and out of baguettes. SMHI kindly asked for it to be hot, which it wasn't.No problem, just asked if it could be put in microwave a couple minutes.Staff rolled his eyes and said 'it wasn't hot enough for you' and in front of others I believe he was training.Jeez! serious lack of customer service and passing on the same to new employees. No thanks. Will not be returning.

Corporate should be ashamed of the changes. Panera has never been the most economical place to eat. Still love going there to get my sandwich and soup. But when you take away from your paying clients, the option of costumize your sandwich (in my case due to allergies issue) just because you now have a new sandwich that want to promote and prefer loosing a client. I guess my money is not good for Panera Bread. I have no words for it. I called Corporat and confirmed. I am not asking to switch a bag of chips for a sandwich. Just the type of bread. Got a fat no.... We cannot change it. And just FYI. If u eat breakfast there. It will be the same.
