As soon as I walked in No one said Hello. I basically introduced myself to an employee sitting in the waiting area. I am disappointed with the fact that I have to pay RANCH sause with my wing order. I have 16wings might I add are under cooked as far as not being well done to what I requested. Than the manager gives me attitude like the “ranch ain’t free”! Where is the decorum? The customer service and it’s Easter . Ever Terrible !

Got a call to confirm my address for an online order and got hung up on. Umm you’re welcome? Listen, you guys are busy I get it but clearly if you don’t have basic phone etiquette this isn’t the job for you. Get another job. A “thank you” or “goodbye” could’ve been nice. I called back and nearly got hung up on again. Rude service. First time ordering here. NEVER AGAIN.

They make there own rules first I was told to order before 8pm, next time I was told to order before dark, today I ordered at 545pm and they are located 12mins away from me they called me and canceled the order when I called back they hung up on me 3 times I would never spend another dime in this location. Shut down the delivery if you chose not to deliver don't make up LIES
