Excellent West African food! I highly recommend it for anyone who is nostalgic of the dishes they would have known when they were younger, or simply for those who want to discover the flavors of West Africa . The peanut butter or the okro soup with goat meat are just undefeated, they are one of my monthly treats.
The staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile. The portions are good, the food is so good and full of flavor. I love the goat! The meat is tender, the spinach stew is great, I love the Jollof and even the jerk chicken was great!! Do yourself a favor and try this place out. They’re also at Brickhouse in Wynwood on Saturdays which is a plus!!

Sankofa - An Ghanaian eatery in West Broward Parking: actually, you don't need parking. The establishment is kitchen only. So you order ahead and when you arrive, they bring the food out to your car. Drinks: we had the traditional sorrel and it was rich, delicious and well priced! Food: We both had Okra Stew with Banku. It was authentic and largely delicious. We would have liked more flavor.
