Grace that works there is AMAZING! She makes my smoothies every Sunday morning, and it is always so good! She is so friendly and sweet! I know my smoothie is going to be prefect when I see she is working! <3 #SmoothieQueen
The smoothie was good but the service was not. There were two young girls working the day I went and when I walked in, neither of them heard the bell from the door indicating they had a new customer. They were in the boh so focused on their conversation that I waited a few minutes by the order area and then had to walk back toward the entrance of the store to get their attention. I'm sure it's hard to hear from the other end of the store but I said excuse me 3 times without either of them hearing or making eye contact. Finally, one of them glanced over and realized I was waiting. The worse part was, once they started helping me, their conversation just went on like I wasn't even there. I've worked similar jobs in my past, so I know that there is a time to chat and a time to give your full attention to the customer and neither seemed to know the difference. I ordered the mangofest smoothie as it's my favorite, so if I come back it's because of that.

Ordered a 32oz. Peanut butter plus Chocolate today. 1 hour later I felt terrible. Have been on the toilet non stop throughout the day and feel very nauseous. The smoothie had little clumps. I thought it was the dates that weren't properly blended, however now I am not sure what it was. I have never felt this bad after consuming something. The service was ok, but they need to check their ingredients or equipment. This is unacceptable from a smoothie

The smoothies Ive ordered are always the same ones but their texture are inconsistent. Sometimes thick, sometimes watery. The teenagers that work there do not welcome you, nor make eye contact... 3 stars for a reason.

Wanted something quick and easy so I stopped here to get something. I was greeted outside with a free coupon for a smoothie. When I walked in there were a bunch of people waiting which made me feel like perhaps it was free with a catch - long wait. I was wrong! There were so many employees. They were all friendly, patient and efficient. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I ordered the Peanut power plus - Bananas, Dates, Peanut Butter, Nonfat Milk, Protein Blend, 100% Cocoa. It was really good! A bit sweet and pretty filling. High protein which is always good. I appreciated the free smoothie. I don't think they're officially open yet though. I look forward to trying more of their smoothies out in the future. I can always appreciate good quick service.
