There is something about this place the Hispanic short woman with short black hair who was on shift at 2pm on 12/5/2023 was horrible irate! She was very rude I was trying to order a foot long but apparently they didn’t have what I wanted so I was looking at the menu to order something else she than proceeded to say you don’t know what you want and she yells over me “next” before I can even open my mouth she rushed me and made me feel very uncomfortable! She came out from the back on the phone didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to put on gloves. I waited until she was off the phone she could’ve waited for my order ?I never leave reviews but this one is needed fire this woman ASAP!!!!!!!!!!! Or talk to her cause if I come across her next time it won’t be me just walking away and saying never mind! I am so upset I want to turn around and fuss her out!!

It was Monday 5 pm, hungry just came off of work the man working let 2 customers out (looked like his friends) then locked the door on my face then comes back to the door saw me and didn't open. If he was going to use the bathroom he could've let me in to see what I'm going to order so that's no excuse. 1 star only because there's no negative stars

This subway was very unprofessional, there was drug transactions I saw occurring while promotion of a subway becoming another store that I’ve never heard of I’ve assisted subway stores before as a manager and seeing this reflection of management was not a professional sit to see. The store was very dirty and he even locks it and keeps customers outside and brags about having illegal things while working and owning four subway chains. A one star experience was what we had and I hope subway has a better representation next time he kept saying he was a artist named lou and going to make subway become the JUMP I had no clue what he was talking about I just wanted my food very unprofessional I even saw someone bringing him shirts he paid for that cut me in line he paid me no attention. Im just a consistent subway goer and hope I don’t have a illegal experience anymore thank you.

Coming to the store the door was locked due to a rep not working he was smoking a cigar outside the store promoting a self business and opened the door to let me in being slapped in the face with smoke behind him horrible scent and experience please do better he tried to lie and say the store closed early but the hours are on the sign

Experienced the worst customer service on two occasions.First: I filled my cup at the fountain. A man walks up to me and says “You need to drink that now before it flows over” as if I wouldn’t clean a mess that I created. He stood there, watching me and told me drink more. The guy at the register apologized for his weird behavior.Second: I went to purchase a kids meal. They were out of apple sauce and apple juice and didn’t want to substitute anything for me. She told me I would have to pay $6 for a kids sandwich with 2 pcs of meat.While making the sandwich, she began to make the sandwich aggressive and made the sandwich so sloppy. I walked off.Customer service is EVERYTHING, so you must watch how you treat people.

This location is overpriced! The cashier was an old man that seemed as if he was just typing anything on the register. I ended up paying $11 for a Terriyaki footlong, sandwich only.
