Really like the concept the waitress was very friendly miso sup was nice not salty just great and fresh I tried 3 of the sushi 2 was super fresh one no!!! i see it in the texture and the avocado change color, still good but no like the other 2. so thats mean managers or people in charge have to be on top of this and remove and discart from this band when food have more time in there, especially for the temperature of the food thats all my recomendation the rest was great...

3.5 stars. Problem is sushi quality is only OK. Great to have a conveyor belt sushi option at sawgrass. Nicely done decor and full sushi on belt. Price per plate little high given quality. Nice friendly service pulls it up.I compare all conveyor belt sushi to kura which I feel is one of the best/better ones.
