The owner/mgr and his workers are liars and cheats who couldn’t care less about their customers. First, when I ordered at The Oriental Eatery I specifically asked if I could get a refill on the Coke purchased. The cashier said I could get one refill. So when I go up to get my one refill she says that will be $1.50. She said she never told me I could get a refill. So I asked for the manager (which is the owner/mgr of this place) and told him what happened. He looked at me and said she never said that. He did not even ask her what transpired or what she said which tells me they do this all the time. The owner/mgr is the most unfriendly guy you could ever find in a service industry. The noodles were also dry and rubbery but that is another issue. i would never recommend this place to anyone. There is a reason they have a 1.9 rating.

good food. bad service. i go to get some burbon chicken and teriyaki chicken but i didn’t want any side. they said that the side comes with the chicken so i got it anyway but i wanted it in a separate box since i was going to give it to friend. when i asked for a separate box/same portion, they said it was an additional $5. then i asked if i could replace the side with fries if it’s going to be in the same box, additional $2. makes no sense.
