I've been coming here for my lunch break whenever I am in a rush and I've never had an issue. I placed an order 10 minutes away, when I pulled into the drive thru I was able to pick up my food immediately. My experience inside the restaurant is a bit out-dated. The place has the same design as the 90s era but it's nostalgic. I often see people eating inside whenever I decide to pick up my order inside. Overall very fast service and app orders are always on time!

This Wendy’s is the worst, they always get your order wrong. I even had an incident where the order was repeated back to me at the pay window and I corrected them and they still tried to serve me the wrong items. Then just now I got a chicken sandwich that you couldn’t even bite into it is so hard and dry, I didn’t even know that could happen. Disgusting! There is another Wendy’s not too far, by the sawgrass mall. I recommend going there, they’re on point but this Wendy’s sucks.

I go in to use a coupon of buy one and get one and no one there knew how to scan it. Then they leave me waiting in the cash register and the cashier just walked away from the register and left me waiting there. I’m asking her if someone is going to help me and she said the manager was busy and they ignored me completely. Poor customer service.

Tried to poison me. They saw my security uniform must have thought I was a cop. I Had a weird feeling they were looking at me a but too long.Then when they gave me my food the first window told me to wait as she ran up to tell something to the first window. When she came back she told me to go to the second window. When I arrived there were 3 females looking at me all out of the same window.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still ate the food, sure enough I threw up later.Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here.

just open my bacon egg and cheese biscuit after going through the drive-through. The egg looks old, like it's been sitting forever. The bacon practically looks uncooked on the cheeses and melted. The whole thing is cold. Too far away to go back but I won't be going there anymore. Only give it one star because zero was not an option
