The restaurant was perfect for a quiet dinner. As far as food I had a Cesar salad and the lettuce were refrigerator cold and didn't seem fresh. I was not impressed. I was however impressed with the setting, its civilized sofo! We did ask to be seated in the open air area and were told it was closed only to latter watch another couple sit there. Regardless, the outdoor covered area, we had requested originally, was nice anyway. We were served by a very friendly and attentive waiter. End of night we asked for valet validation and were told they stopped it for spring break, we had to show that it stated so in open table app and after some back and forth calling a manager it was validated. We would go back.

The restaurant in this rather expensive hotel is terrible in every way you can think of: - we had to wait for about 40 min after we placed the order for our lunch to arrive to our table; - my hot soup and the entree were brought together, so my entree was cold by the time I was done with the soup; the waiter said she always brings dishes together as the kitchen may mess up the order otherwise; - the tables around us were not cleaned, so we had to consume our rather expensive meal while surrounded by dirty tables; - the waitresses are absolutely untrained, it feels like they worked in fast food chains prior to working in this expensive restaurant; they obviously got no training; We were looking forward to a relaxing enjoyable lunch, instead we got tired and upset. Waist of time and money.

I've been to the restaurant at the Grand Beach Hotel for breakfast and the reason we keep going back is to be able to seat outside next to the water. The service has been OK but there has been a couple of times when the servers have been overwhelmed by big groups but at the end things have worked out. They said they don't take more than 3 cards so if you come with a big group plan ahead to make it work. The food has been OK but not great, specially with the prices but again, you are paying for the location. They offer a good variety of breakfast options including eggs and bowls. I've tried their acai bowl and eggs so would like to try a few more options on their menu. One member of our group did recommend their salmon flatbread.Restrooms are spacious and clean, they have thick paper towels that feel more than actual towels. They also have a coffee shop inside where you can buy food on the go if you are in a hurry. I would like to go back and try a few more things on their menu.

I am flabbergasted! How does a 2 hour lunch charge $65 for parking?!?! Not even overnight parking at a fancy south beach hotel charges this. They robbed us. The food was great and service was good even on a busy Mothers Day, but we feel so cheated by the unexpected parking that I will never be back. Even after spending over $400 on lunch, parking this expensive was charged. Wow guys, do better! We should have asked, but never in my wildest dreams would I have thought they’d charge this. Thieves ?

Parking was crazy expensive 1 hour $34.00 truly outrageous and it ruined our delicious dinner!!

Good kitchen, lovely outside space. Mainly your families with children on other tables . Food good and good choice , overall a nice place to eat if you want to hear the sound of the ocean and be under cover .

The entire staff are run by the worst and most immature management. Forget communication - it's rudimentary words only followed by long awkward and strained pauses. It's like the restaurant decided to let an elementary school run the scene. Childish and dumb. Won't be returning unless I can carry a decent conversation and the waiter doesn't make a point to engage my date more than me. Literally like PePe laPew - pathetic primitive untrained service by people with zero table manners. Childish service doesn't warrant adult money.

Excellent service. We planned for Christmas Day brunch but we're not aware it ended at 11:30 (will go back for their brunch menu it looks great! We had some flat bread pizzas, a burger, tuna tar tar and a few deserts. It was a good local find and had a nice time.

Service was spectacular. They were so friendly and accommodating. There were some families with loud children but I didn't mind them at all, although some people may if you're looking for a quieter dinner. I've already made reservations to go back again and try their brunch!
