We came here for their Fat Tuesday celebration and it did not disappoint! The staff was extremely friendly and chatting with everyone. The live music was amazing and the atmosphere itself was welcoming and lively. It was my first time visiting, and I will be sure to visit again. They have great happy hour specials and the menu looks tasty too!

The Blue Tavern is a true gem in the Tallahassee Community. Carrie (owner) and Heather (bartender) are welcoming, caring, inclusive. This place has the best music in town on a consistent basis. Carrie works hard to support the community; it is like home. The "regulars" are genuine folx and the musicians and performers are great, too. Please support and enjoy! Food is great, too. Highly recommend.
This is the spot to attend live music events in an intimate setting where everyone is welcome. Musical acts range in style, but it’s always a great show. The menu is small, but the food is hearty, tasty, and a good value. The servers are friendly and attentive.

Intimate spot with great entertainment. I like Fridays at 5 to hear Everett on the piano.But you need to be at the top of your game to park in front at that time.Nice to know about the FedEx parking. I'm all over that.Cuisine is simple and tasty. I love the rice and beans.The Ham and Swiss was tasty.They don't have a liquor bar, but the canned monitor hit my spot.

Customer service at this place is a zero unless you just so happen to be white and 50+. Im tired of coming here with my professional colleges who are attorneys to watch our boss play with her band and because I like to laugh, and have a good time I'm told to be quiet. You may not know who I am yet but trust me I'm going to make my presence very known to this establishment and the owner. The people who run this place are rude. I don't care who's playing in what band if I want to laugh I don't need your permission. Getting the word out about this place and me and my colleagues won't be back.
