Had the Chicken strips which were good. Then got their Cajun chicken biscuit meal and the bo berry biscuits and was blown away!!! Botato rounds were ?! Breakfast is highly recommended!!!

Decent Experience with Room for ImprovementI recently visited Bojangles for breakfast, and while the overall experience was satisfactory, there were a couple of notable aspects. Firstly, my biscuit was surprisingly hard, affecting the overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the drive-thru service was a bit slow, especially during the early morning rush when people are trying to get to work on time.On a positive note, I've generally enjoyed my visits, appreciating the variety in their menu. However, I believe there's room for improvement in their customer service skills, as there was a noticeable opportunity for better communication and efficiency.In summary, Bojangles provides a decent experience, but addressing the issues mentioned could significantly enhance customer satisfaction.

8:30 at night, out of dark meat, offered to put some down and cook it if I could wait 15 minutes. I've never had any chicken place over, they just say, " that's all we got ."it was hot it was juicy, and with two sides and a huge biscuit, for $7.99. don't want to be forced to have to take a drink and would rather get a extra side, then Bojangles is the place!

They were very helpfulThe food was fresh. The air conditioning was so awesome!!! And as I update this I would like to also say that their heat was nice during this. Some of the managers that I know that work there were not there but everyone was kind, and courteous and even the district manager is a great guy. I know him because I used to work next door. I would recommend anyone to go here this is a good place.

I usually reserve such accolades for really top notch restaurants. At least where fast food is concerned. However, based on my experience with a little few fast food restaurants, Bojangles rakes at the top. Great food, great service and thos location was spotless!
