They were a little busy that night but service was good. Food was okay, previous times we've been there the food was excellent. Wasn't worth the price we paid. The portions appeared to be smaller and my wife lobster was over cooked. Not sure if we'll go back.

Maybe an off night. I’ve only been twice and both times were disappointing. Many open tables and had to wait 20min for 2. 20min for drinks. Steak overcooked and both missing sides. They took the proper charges off the bill which I do appreciate but on the other hand you want a worry free night out with your girl at a fancy place and end up not getting any………..good service I mean. Probably not coming back

Our server was nice but there were some issues with our food and other tables as well. The rice was awful and mushy, the steak was dry and when the other table mentioned it the server offered A1 sauce. They also sent orders to at least 3 tables that were mixed up and left them there with the diners only to pick it up a few minutes later and bring it to the correct table - gross. The bar was also running really behind so all drinks were delayed. Tables were sending food back left and right. So the kitchen definitely needs some work.

The freshest calamari and shrimp I’ve ever eaten. They cook grilled salmon in wood fire and it is crazy delicious✨ Also, Chicken Marsala was delicious “I realized that I did not take a pic when I saw the empty plate”

Great customer service. I went in graduation day the manager was very accommodating and the wait staff was pleasant. The food and drinks came out quick and hot.

This place and the workers were absolutely AMAZING!!! I came here for my 22nd birthday with a VERY big party (as in 20+ people) and had no issues with any of the service. Food was hot, fresh, and quick and the drinks were delicious and came out very quickly. I will 100000% go back and i will recommend this place to EVERYONE. Thank you for an amazing experience and unbelievable service for my 22nd birthday!

We were not treated fairly here. With today’s inflation, I expect a dinner out, (which I am rarely able to do), to be a nice experience. We had to wait to be seated, even though there were many open tables. Our appetizer was served old. It had been premade for more than just a day. The food came out undercooked and cold after taking over an hour to be served our dinner. I was starving by the time we got our main entree’s even though we had bread and an appetizer. I do not understand the uncomfortable and bulky paper on the tables. How trashy that is to arrange tables this way. We aren’t in 2005 anymore. Also, the restaurant is old and smelly. The bathrooms were very outdated. I won’t be eating there again. This town needs some updated dining experiences.

We asked for Xmas Eve reservations for 10-12. There was hesitation but made the reservation. Seating was fine, server nice. I’m guessing the kitchen was the main problem since food came out slowly. So slowly that it took at least 30 minutes and first served had to finish or their food would be

This restaurant has gone through some major (and needed!) turnover the past year. The new managing partner, Brandon, is doing a great job of building a new service and cooking team and is delivering great results. The menu is what you'd expect if you'd been to a Bonefish Grill elsewhere -- fresh fish, prepared properly, with flavorful sides. The drinks are creative and well-poured. Service can, at times, be hit or miss but the leadership team is quick to jump in and ensure a great experience. The star of our evening was the seabass with smoked tomato butter and risotto. It's a winter special normally served with grouper -- come in and get it while they have it!

First of all, Bonefish makes some GOOD DELICIOUS DRINKS. I ordered shrimp artichoke pasta. It was a bit under seasoned but overwise tasted good. My mom ordered Trout and that was STUNNING. Cooked to perfection. But what impressed me the most was the service. I think my server's name was Madison. She was so nice and knowledgeable! She knew the menu very well and even cracked a few jokes. I appreciate her! The manager came to our table as the night was ending, and he was awesome and left a great impression. I would recommend Bonefish Grill as I would definitely go back.
