Ordered a jr sausage burrito, we don't have that.No breakfast food at breakfast hours. That's hilarious. ?With Chic Fil a and McDonald's around the corner that's wild. That's why no one goes to BK. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars service Here was horrendous. The employees have their kids in the dining area, playing around like it’s a daycare, making a mess and bumping into everybody. I made a mobile order so I can eat during my lunch break so it can be ready by the time I get there and I get the most out of my lunch break. First time around by sandwiches were made and employees get upset with us because they made the sandwich wrong and we noticed and then for some reason any other Burger King will say Coca-Cola out of order or they don’t have mozzarella stick but this store must not be doing their inventory correctly because we ordered mozzarella sticks and we ordered Coca-Cola and we get there and they tell us that they don’t have it there’s nothing we can do we have to cancel the whole order so we technically lost money because we didn’t get the order mozzarella sticks and two large drinks because the manager Shanice said there’s nothing she can do she has to refund the whole order. Sorry, this whole time the whole staff and manager were very rude with us. At one point the manager ignored us and just left at that point I just left I’ll take the loss of money on my food and everything I am not going to be treated like that. I will never come to this location again and I will be calling to to file a complaint. I WISH I COULD HAVE PUT ZERO STARS.

I get breakfast here every once in a while because surrounding restaurants are usually crowded which makes the wait longer. Today they gave me the greasiest hashbrown, I mean it’s like they sat them in grease before they cooked em. And the French toast was hard and everything smelled weird. I just threw it all away. It was a waste of money and I basically missed breakfast.

Dear Burger King, my breakfast adventure in Tallahassee resembled a tragic comedy – ordered the #1, got a sandwich flatter than a pancake, an ancient sausage patty, and tater tots with aspirations to be jawbreakers. The only star was my missing orange juice, off on its own adventure. Called the manager, promised compensation next visit. Fast forward to my second try – no saved info, 6 AM, they'd need to wake up the owner. I'm not a morning person, but even I have limits. Farewell, once royal Burger King, where having it our way now seems like a distant memory.

Dry, old Rodeo Burger, probably sat in the warmer too long and timer reset rather than throwing out or making fresh, barely any sauce. Ghost Pepper Chicken Fingers were cold and rock hard. 20 mins with only 1 person inside the restaurant. Screen is not working, this is not a Corporate Vision location by any means. Seek new management.
Decided to stop in here after my unfortunate experience at Hardee's and got the big cheese and sausage biscuit deal. Not the freshest biscuit I've ever had, but it was almost 10am. Friendly employee at the window.

I don't think this location counts as "fast" food anymore. I had my order in before I arrived and there were only 4 cars ahead of me. So far I've been in line for 30 minutes, 10 of it at the window... And they got my order wrong. This place needs new management.

This location seems to be out of things often. Food quality is inconsistent here, sometimes things are made haphazardly. It's a convenient location, so I wish it was more consistent and better stocked.
