It was terrible. It was cold inside and filthy had to wipe off table and chairs from dust. Hard to get someone to take order. No ice for drinks and food was COLD! THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL WHEN TOLD THEM. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BURGER KING AT ALL!

I just stood at counter today 11/17/2023 for 20 minutes, one employee looked at me twice and didn't say anything or acknowledge that i was standing there. This place has poor customer service.

The dirtiest , nastiest Burger King I've ever ate at. The food served barely warm after a ten minute wait. The floor of whole restaurant was just completely gross. Black and your shoes stuck to it when you walked. The men's bathroom was disgusting. Toilet backed up w/ toilet paper, hand towels and urine and feces almost to the rim. Obviously no one here cares about anything. The manager I witnessed eating fries rite from orders being prepared, then putting them in customer bags.DON'T EVER EAT HERE!

Just went through Burger King on Capital Circle and Crawfordville Hwy to grab breakfast for my toddler and I. To say I’m disappointed would be an under statement. What a poor, pitiful excuse for a $4 chicken croissant-wich & I ordered two of these. Identical tiny little fillets of chicken on each one. Luckily my kid was happy with just hash browns so I stole his chicken and added it with mine to make one sandwich.

Today is 26 September 2023. The time is 940 am. It's raining outside. I drive a semi truck. The main door was locked as it continued to rain. I went to the side door and entered. The young lady said that she couldn't serve me because she doesn't have a cashier. I stated that the door was open and I can't pull my semi through the drive thru. She stated that the door was open so she could check on her car and that I could walk around to the first window and order in the down pouring rain. I stated, "this is how burger King treats truckers?" She didn't respond, so I walked out into the pouring rain to find me some breakfast somewhere else. I don't recommend this place to no one.Kendrick Wright.

At Store #2087 on 2626 South Monroe St. Tallahassee Florida the cashier was very rude. Did not greet us, didn't get order correct and so we returned the food and asked for refund. Don't know her name but she had a very nasty attitude not pleasant to us at all. Won't go there again.

She was running the 1st window preparing food and bringing it to the window.I said do you have help ( I seen her doing it all so I knew she was there alone.BURGER KING if this lady choose to stay there and work alone she needs to be noticed..Me I would have went home but no she did not.This is the kind of employee that needs to stand out and get praised. Where the heck was the manager at.Way to go young lady.Please contact me BK.

I don't know if I wanna give 5 starts or 1 here. Went to get breakfast this morning and noticed it was taking a LONG time to have my order taken at the box but I waited. Ordered and pulled forward and paid, when I pulled up I noticed the same employee cooking, bagging, and delivering my order to my window. This poor girl showed up for work and no one else did! Not even a manager!! Instead of going home like most people would have, she stayed and is thugging it out for her employer.Burger King, if you don't promote and praise this employee, you're doing it way wrong! She wasn't even frustrated or rude even though she has the right to be at this point! She apologized over and over for the wait time.Janisha girl, keep doing what you're doing love! Good things are coming for you!!

15 minutes to get 3 cheeseburgers with 1 car in front of me. Forgot sauces and I reminded them multiple times. Asking customers to pull up to get their drive thru timer to stop lying to corporate about their slow as hell service. Drive thru attendant that brought food out smelled like pee strongly. Don’t eat here save your time and money
