Uber eats order for Supa DTook 30 minutes and still couldn't complete the order this cost me time and money and I'm very upset about it I had to cancel the order after contacting uber support

We went down to Tallahassee for the holidays to visit family and stopped by to grab some food on the way out of Walmart. Ordered a whopper and on the drive back to the house I took a bite out of the burger, quickly spit it out. After investigating the sliced onion were not peeled. Was disgusted enough to throw the whole burger away not knowing what else could be wrong with it.

I normally don’t write reviews but seeing the teamwork and given great hospitality, I wanted to share. The male (which I believe was a manager) was very welcoming and respectful. Great eye contact and just friendly in every way as he took my wife and I’s order. The girl who made the food was nice too and they both worked great together as a team. Love seeing this. Slow, cashier lady don’t know her name is nice but the lady in the back with the black shirt might be a manager looks like she’s having a bad day she got the only attitude. First off their insisting that I didn’t order my food 10 mins ago their excuse is it just “popped up”, sounds like Burger King need better technology. I timed it sadly because I always have an issue with my food not being ready. 4:31 pm I ordered I arrived at 4:41. This Burger King needs help employee wise. When I say their slow, they are really SLOW. What’s the point of ordering for pick up if they haven’t even started my food until I got here. If I could give zero I would, this place is also filthy. My order was placed at 4:31 and I got my food at 4:54.

Manger yells at a new employee about some she hadn't learn and yea she is in the back making the food on her cellphone no gloves ?? before you yell and try to correct someone they should correct themselves first. SMH felt so bad you the young lady who got

Hands down worst experience I've ever had at a BK. I worked for Burger King so I know they have higher standards. No greeting, no smile, asked about how long a wait in food got a mumble. Working not wearing hats to keep their hair covered. Fries looked old and were cold. Left my food on the counter and didn't even say anything until I asked.
