First off, 10 bucks for a cheeseburger is a little pricey for a working man. Ordered the burger no cheese and onion rings. Was asked if I wanted free rings I said sure. Had to fill out a survey and return to the counter before those were cooked. Burger came out fast, rings took a while. I'm cheap but would rather pay upfront than wait on my sides. Food is good, pricey, nothing bad to report here. Just saying, Not on the weekly lunch rotation.

Never had to wait for a burger as long as I did at this place. Around 30 minutes. And it didn’t help that the cashier had an attitude. She seems to hate her job. No greeting, no thank you, just a face like you are aggravating her. Never going back.

Food is all right, but the staff are causing my 1 star review. They consistently manage to mess up my orders (it's been 4 visits since they last got my order correctly). The last time was the worst. I ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger – they gave me a one patty burger with no bacon.The worst part is the wait. I once waited for 45 minutes for a burger that was still missing ingredients. Considering the worker to customer ratio, that is just an insult to the customer.Overall, this location has many issues, and many of them stem to a very inattentive and lackadaisical staff. Save your money and find a local burger shop to visit instead.

Love the food-- the staff is the reason for the one star missing. They are generally not friendly, rarely greet you, often have excuses for how long the food can take, and never work quickly. Once, I waited 25 minutes for a veggie burger with two others in line. Staff is regularly on the phone while customers are present. The custard is great and I enjoy the food very much once I do get it!

The service is so slow that people who have already ordered are telling the employees to keep the food and leaving, others are leaving before ordering. Half of their sodas are not available and they don’t have onion rings. The employees are indifferent and clearly not worth what they are getting paid. This is my first time to any Burgerfi and it’s already a bad experience. Only reason I’m still waiting for my food (20 min now) is because I’ve got nothing pressing to do today. I will never come to this store again and am reluctant to try any other location.***UPDATE*** took a total of 32 minutes to get my food (a single burger) and it was not worth the wait. Bland and hardly any sauce. Don’t waste your time.

Only 2 workers. Too bad they were so short staffed this pair worked their buns off trying to cook, clean, serve in a timely fashion. Out of onion rings at 11:30 am. Food was excellent.
This use to be one of the best burger joints. Everything has changed and we will not be returning. My order was wrong, and the fries weren't cooked all the way.

We came in at 9pm and they close at 10, it took about 40 minutes for 2 burgers, the only people who got fast service ordered either online or called ahead. Once we finally got our food it wasn't even hot, disappointing experience. The floors were extra sticky, even the next day my shoes were sticky, I guess they don't mop the floors often enough.
