This is the 2nd time i have ordered food through Door Dash from here and 2nd time its been messed up..... Tonight i ordered 2 burgers with fries and queso and chips all on 1 order... I get my order delivered and its just the chips and dip. So i call up and ask is there 2 burgers just lying around and the person on the other end says no that the delivery driver has them. I proceed to tell her that all i have at chips and dip. She then responds well you placed 2 orders and there are 2 different drivers are coming... UMMM NO.... of course i have to get credits from DD and reorder... and yes i got my order BUT ask me if the burgers and fries were hot ???? NOT even a tiny bit ( mind you i dont live far from the place) . instead of making me fresh hot burgers i got the ones that supposedly were with another driver coming my way.... NEVER again I am done with Cancuns....

This place is completely hit and miss, last time in Autumn was our waitress and she was great. It used to be you automatically got chips and salsa when you sat down, apparently they changed this and you only get chips and salsa if you ask, who knew, again, hit and miss, policies seem to change daily and dependent on servers mood. Ask for Autumn she is a straight forward gal, and the music, mostly horrible unless you are lucky to be there on a day they are playing traditional Mexican music, otherwise they have some kind of trash playing, and sorry, two TVs does not make a place a "sports pub" if you want to watch sports go elsewhere The food here is pretty good two stars only bc autumn was so nice this visit, other waitresses have been horrible

Day shift was busy eating when I walked and it wasn't till they completed their meal that I was waited on. Shift change came through a tad bit later and the new crew went to stuffing their faces with hot wings while folks sat at the bar waiting to be served!!!

They need to update the hours on Google for Sunday's because I ordered at 3:25pm and it said this location was open. So I pulled up and the place was closed. It actually opens at 4pm on Sundays. The workers were literally pulling up when I was pulling up. I eventually got my order at 4:20pm. An hour later from when I ordered smh.

What a great place!!! We only intended on having a couple of drinks and moving on, but as soon as we sat down there was a server bringing us chips and salsa. The salsa was homemade and delicious. The ambiance was a bit clean and pretty standard. We wend around 3 pm so it wasn't busy. Service was good. We typically sit at the bar and the bartender was great. I didn't experience anything negative, just a good spot.

so I went to enjoy so good eating and drinking, but that is not what I got. The waitress. had an attitude and messed up my entire order even my drink order. so as I informed the other young lady she worked with that they could never get another dime out of me. I am done with Cancuns.

Amazing place for 3$ marks and the food is quite amazing as well. The only unfortunate side to this restaurant is the waitresses.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely, under NO circumstances, bring your child to eat at cancuns. The waitresses have NO dress code at this establishment. ? We saw everything top and bottom, and it was not pretty!

I just saw my bill for $63 for two drinks a shot of tequila and hot wings, charge twice on top of it !I see you at noon today ! Not even last weekend I invited drinks to 3 other people my bill was only $33 - had no idea you had rats ? in your bar to take extra $$$$ from usThank god I reside here ! See you in 5 hrs be ready for me, looks like se one part got taken down . So drinks ? are always changing price , I paid $7 for a drink the following week I was charge $22 and the manager ignored my question of why elevating the prices , asked bar tenders who are all this young ladies with no experience what’s so ever besides take your $ and when asked they also ignored you . We want to make a report for this bar to be investigated ASAP - that manager is so rude and unprofessional
