Came here for breakfast with a group of 6. Really cute spot, I love the egg wall paper, very modern! I ordered the avocado toast & bacon but I think next time I will opt out for egg on top. Everyone enjoyed their food & they kept refilling my dad's & uncle's coffee very attentively, which my dad loved lol. Our waiter was nice and super attentive!

I've been to this location a few times and this most recent visit has inspired a review. For context, I'm not a huge fan of the chain, as the food is passable, but not great. My rating of three stars is a rounding up and encompassing the service staff, which are kind and attentive. While service for today's visit was great as usual, the food was really not great. I ended up getting their special. The CROISSANT BURGER - Two 4oz. smash patties topped with American cheese, caramelized onions, applewood smoked bacon, crispy hash browns, fried egg, and creamy hollandaise. Served with your choice of side. What I got was a croissant that was beaten up, and a sandwich that was dry, lacked any sauce or seasoning. The fries even tasted like a freezer. I didn't finish my meal. I'll likely continue to come here only at the invite of others.

We came in for breakfast and had a wait of 30 minutes which we didn’t mind waiting, however, once we were sat at our table the hostesses did not tell the server we had been seated. We waited 15 minutes until we finally walked up and asked a hostess about it. Our server Katie C. was great and our food came out extremely fast but she was constantly picking up the slack of the hostesses while trying to do a good job at her own tables. Was not impressed by the young and honestly rude welcoming staff.

My first experience at the Canopy Road Cafe on Thomasville Road. This particular Cafe appears a bit more spacious compared to the other ones I've dined at (my perspective). They are ALL great spots to grab breakfast or lunch at.Parking: Being that this Cafe is a part of a "strip" of restaurant/businesses, parking can be challenging depending on the time of day. I was able to park my truck with no issues; however, there weren't a lot of open spots.

My favorite breakfast place in town. I've yet to have a bad experience. I often have the same couple of servers and they're always so nice. I always look forward to my next visit. I love their omelets and Benedicts. Thanks so much y'all, see you again soon.
Love the new location. Great atmosphere and clean. Brad( one of the owners) is amazingly hands on. He oversees what is happening at the restaurant and makes sure that his patrons are happy before leaving.It’s a pleasure to eat at a restaurant today that you are able to receive excellent service wonderful food and they care!!!!

First time at this Canopy location. Service & waitress was awesome. However food was a disappointment. The bacon was fatty and oddly overcooked but chewy not crisp. My toast on the sandwich was grilled in butter & greasy the potato salad was a very off tasting version,.

Come on, really? If the avacado is black all the way through, just do not serve it. Very gross to open up and see. A lot of the potatoes in it are still raw too. Been coming to Canopy Road for a decade.. but very disappointed in the quality lately.
