Sangria Event was awesome. The food, the service and management was stellar. Michelle impressed us with her smile and service. The young lady was taking 6, 8 and 10 wine ? glasses on a tray at one time. She loves her job. Also, David, the manager, Kevin, Alec, and Dakota are too sweet and always taking care of the customers. Great service.

Today we were greeted by Kevin. He was outstanding and we created a bond discussing his vision issues. My husband was an Optometrist and helped many low vision patients. It was wonderful seeing Kevin working so hard and being so hospitable and capable. I am so happy for him. And appreciate him being given a job with so much responsibility.

We had a wonderful time. Went here for lunch while our cat was undergoing surgery. The food was AMAZING. We were fabulously impressed with the service as well. Our waiter, Alex, was very attentive and always had a smile. He was triple checking every time he came by to see if we needed anything. The other serverson shift also stopped at least once to check in if they were passing by our table. Our food also came out surprisingly fast! I've never been to a sit-down style restaurant that was this fast and amazing with service. EXTREMELY pleased. Will be visiting again in the future. 10/5 stars!!!

So, I'm originally from Jacksonville and I traveled to tally with my mom for my music auditions at Florida State. We got in at around 1030 on a Friday night and we were hungry, so we stopped by carrabbas. It's one of our favorite places to go eat. We knew it was 30 minutes before close but we couldn't help ourselves and we don't regret it. Despite the fact that it was 30 mins before close, the service was amazing.First let's get into the looks of the restaurant. I mean it was practically spotless. Every table was set with silverware and wine glasses. The wine glasses were polished. I mean, it was amazing. It felt very classy but homey at the same time. I loved it.Second, as a host who also works for carrabbas, I would've personally liked the hosts to be a little more interactive, I find that guests enjoy it more when we are interested in them, but it was extremely late so I 100% understand wanting to go home so bad and being tired so that's the least of my worries. Also, the silverware was beautifully polished and the host was extremely nice.On to the server. I believe our server was Jemie (I think that's how you spell it? I lost the card and can't remember how to spell it)? Either way, if it helps, it was February 23rd when we dined in. Whoever the closing server was that night was very attentive and was so kind to us. I was very surprised at the service we got especially with it being so late. The refills on the drinks were a little slow but it didn't really bother me that much.Food!Okay, the food was exceptional. I have never tasted a steak so damn juicy and delicious from a restaurant. That was probably one of the best damn steak I've ever had. The seasoning was on point, the grill marks weren't burnt on, the broccoli was amazing and none of our food was cold. The only thing I can remember about my mother's food was that she thoroughly enjoyed it just as much as I enjoyed mine. The only down side was that the combo app wasn't all the best. Other than that, it was exceptional.So, overall, you guys truly deserve a 5 star rating and I would love to come back. And, from one carrabbamico to another, it was exceptional service and I thoroughly enjoyed how at home I felt. I will definitely come back when it's not dead as a doornail and we're the only people there LOL.
