I meant to leave this review the other day. I went inside to pick-up my call in order. After paying the cashier (short, chubby Mexican man) looks at me & said, "what no tip?" Then pointed to my food & shooed me out. I called later & asked to speak with a manager. They put someone on the phone that pretended to be a manager then hung up when I asked their name. I called right back & they said the manager is not there... I've never experienced such POOR customer service in my life. I also can't believe how ENTITLED others can feel regarding someone else's money. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is bc I used to frequent this place often & this was the first mishap that was horrific. A tip is a REWARD for good service which wasn't illustrated nor deserved. Ugh.

The best Mexican food I ever had! The service is exceptional. The menu is large and packed with delicious dishes. The alcoholic beverages are creative and tasty. I highly recommend the queso and guacamole dips! Large assortments of margarita flavors that taste amazing. The parking lot could use some work as it can be somewhat challenging to find parking. I do recommend sitting at a table with chairs rather that the booths as they are a little cramped.Parking: The parking lot could use some work to allow for more parking.

I'd recommend this place for Latin food cravings and for seating for bigger parties. For me the food and drink was good. I got the chicken quesadilla and the baby duck alc drink. Quesadilla was average tbh. Tastes good and made me full but didn't blow me away. The chicken inside wasn't marinated and looked to be only fried chicken, but i could've made it easily with some cheap ingredients. Price didn't match the quality imo. Baby duck drink was fun and sweet if you're into that type of alc. I couldn't finish it since it was a little too sweet for my taste. Seating is good however. No complaints here. Great for small and big parties. Staff were friendly and parking was accessible and nearby. Friendly staff and quick.

We are visiting from out of town and got attracted to this place due to the reviews. It did not disappoint!! Their drink menus is extensive, and there are many options. The margaritas were all very tasty! I had the quesabirria and was amazed with the barbacoa meat. We all left full, super satisfied and in a happy mood. Thank you to our waitress: Frida! You were so friendly and attentive. We absolutely loved Casa Grande!
