I had ordered a mobile order and when I picked it up I got the wrong order inside of my bag and received the completely wrong sandwhich. I had to drive back to the store to ask them to remake it for me. To add, the fries and the remainder of the food (that was correct besides my sandwhich) was cold right when I got it (I was there in time.)I usually come here for my chick fil a so I was a little disappointed in the service this time around.

Just a great Chick-fil-A location. It is constantly very busy yet the staff are usually on top of it and very sweet. They’ve gotten my order wrong once or twice in the amount of times I’ve been there over the past couple years, but are very good at handling when something like that goes wrong. Great customer service!

I'm a huge Chick-fil-A fan but when the person working the drive thru is more interested in flirting with customers and holding up the line exchanging phone numbers it quickly becomes a place I'd rather not visit. So I will find myself another Chick-fil-A .Parking: Parking can be an issue and you can find yourself blocked in by tge drive thru traffic if your not carefulKid-friendliness: Use to be kid friendly, not so much now.
