My overall experience has been quite positive. The service at this location is consistently fast, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly, which always makes my visits enjoyable. However, during my last visit, there was a minor hiccup as my order was incorrect. Despite this, I decided to keep it since I had already returned to work and couldn't spare the time to exchange it. Despite this isolated incident, I still highly recommend Chic-fil-A.

I hate to say it, but this store has made me lose faith in the Chick-fil-A name'sake. I just got an order not thirty minutes ago from this location with no untensils or toppings for a soup i'll have to now wait until the end of my shift to eat, and a medium fry disgused as a large, but at least I have extra sauces.I'd rather not make a reputation of being the person that calls in once a week to have an entire order fixed, but hopefully this comment warns someone in advanve to just pick a location east of North Monroe for a consistantly positive and accurate experience. I wouldn't post a comment like this if I hadn't been experiencing this for months :(
