I waited at the counter with no one else in line for nearly 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me and asked if I needed help.Also, it's no wonder that they're drive thru speeds are legendary. They will not put any condiments on your sandwich at request. So, how safe is that for single drivers to negotiate packets of mayo and such. They can't stay in the drive thru lane. Rarely is there available parking to go to. So, they have to apply it on the fly. Not good safety practice for your customers Chick-fil-A.

Sometimes You have to return items to the counter to get them made correctly.
This particular restaurant is always super busy and drive-thru is always backed up. This is not because of the employees however. They are always quick with their smiling service and make sure that each and every customer is happy. Food is always right on, tasty and hot! The only issue with this store is the amount of space in the parking lot. The lot is small in comparison to the amount of business it does (not that anyone can do anything about it). Just be prepared for tight parking or a long drive thru line.Kid-friendliness: I noticed while waiting for our food one of the employees making sure that a table with small children had crayons and a color page. She also made sure they had plenty to drink and joked with them briefly before returning to her station.

I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in over 3 years but when I came into this one on Capital Circle I have to tell you on this review wow the food was excellent so fresh and the people that work there all the nicest people you ever seen that gets to show you that it's well run by the manager and its crew and the best part that restaurant is so clean I can't say nothing else but to try it

This was the worst chic fil a / fast food experience I've ever had! #3 large with a sprite. The sprite tasted like dirty water, my waffles fries were extremely hard, and my chicken strips were cold. I didn't noticed until I was almost half a Mike down 319 in 5oclack traffic. So very disappointing. Just trashed everything when I got home. Ugh
