So I had to use the restroom really bad one of there african american employees told me it was one inside for me to use. So i walk in and there is a caucasian man looking at me as soon as i entered the establishment so i asked him do they have a restroom to my surprise he told me “no we don't” standing right in front of the restrooms. I walk back outside i explained to the employee sitting outside he told me there wasn’t one & she looked very confused and ask who told me it isn’t one i respond he looks like the manager acaucasian older guy. The look on her face tells me she was thinking the same thing as me. She tells me to go back in and go to the restroom i walk in heading that direction and asked him again he replies “ we don't have one “ I literally see it then he stands in front of me and says “customer’s only” He didn’t even know if i was going to dine in after i used the restroom never gave me the opportunity too it was kinda like a get out of my restaurant look .. my only thought was would he have refused me to use the bathroom if i was white ? . I felt like he was being very racist towards me and i never ate there before and now i NEVER WILL! and i will be contacting cooperate

We went to this place today mid afternoon; we usually go to World Market and see the restaurant so today we decided to go in. The ambiance is cool with beautiful decorations. The service good. The food selection was ample and descriptive. We ordered a chicken salad BLT with egg salad and a classic chicken salad with Mac&cheese both on a croissant, and two drinks. The classic was good, but came with a potato soup instead of the Mac&Cheese that we ordered. The chicken salad BLT was good, but the egg salad tasted like it came out of a cardboard box, very dry. The meals came with a wrapped cookie with butter cream icing, which tasted ok, but the ingredients in the wrap listed "carroginean" a know carcinogenic element. Our drinks were right on target. We both gave this place a 4 and a 7. Even though the place was clean and the sandwiches were fresh we won't go back.

I've been a regular customer at Chicken Salad Chick Apalachee Parkway store for some time now, particularly enjoying their Chicken Melt on a croissant. However, my recent experience has left me quite disappointed.Today, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the croissant was severely burned. Understandably, I requested a remake of the dish. Unfortunately, the male manager, who handled my complaint, displayed a level of attitude and arrogance that was unexpected.Rather than addressing my concern professionally, he insisted that the croissants always toast in such a manner and suggested that I should expect the same in the future. His response was not only dismissive but also conveyed a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.Up until this incident, I have generally had positive experiences at Chicken Salad Chick Apalachee Parkway store. However, the way this situation was handled by the manager has left me reconsidering my choice to return. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any establishment, and the poor attitude displayed by the manager falls far short of the standards I would expect.If this is the representation of managerial behavior within the franchise, I would urge the owners to consider retraining their staff, particularly in the realm of customer service. Food was pretty decent. Was my first time here, so I didn't know what to expect. I got two scoops of BBQ Chicken salad. Was not aware of the culture behind the food with crackers. Great snack for lunch for those who want to avoid high carb meals.
