This place is constantly is running out of ingredients. To make it worse, the customer service is lackluster and at times rude. Instead of trying to fix issues, they just normally just tell what they don't have and say take it or leave it. I am never going back to this location again.

UPDATED REVIEW:❗❗❗PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE ❗❗❗I gave them another chance after my original review.... but I'm so sorry I did.I got to the bottom of my chips bag and there were MOUSE DROPPINGS in the bottom of it.I'm literally so disgusted and sick over this.THIS ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC ?ORIGINAL REVIEW:The girl serving me wouldn't even let me place my order, before she rushed me through all the questions. The questions are great if someone hasn't ordered before, but most people know how to order Chipotle these days. She wouldn't even let me tell her what I wanted before cutting me off ??? I asked for double pork and she did NOT give me double. I asked if it was double and since she likes to talk over people, I couldn't even finish my question before she had a snippy answer for me. Then I told the cashier that if he's gonna charge me for double meat, that I'd actually like to receive double meat. He did NOTHING about the situation. Then I told him that is why people get upset... because they're inconsistent with their portions, not to mention their customer service is DISGUSTINGLY POOR.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The management here is the rudest I’ve encountered out of all the locations here in Tallahassee. In addition to that the dining room is always filthy no matter the time of day. Glad they at least started having fajita veggies available now.

Something happened this past week because they were not out of a list of items like normal. Initially, they had days without almost all meats and rice and beans. It was crazy and they didn't even offer a discount. Now they have everything everyday. Whoever filed the complaint, Thank You!!!

They are always out of at least one ingredients, I have never been and they are fully stocked on everything. It is very rare for them to have Vinaigrette, I have been 3 times in the past month and they never have it. I am tired of coming here and they are never fully stocked on ingredients.
