Have not been there in a long time. Disappointed that they didn't have the jungle house any longer. I was looking forward getting in there with my grandson. Very expensive there .

I will start this review by saying I was VERY hesitant to have my child’s party here due to past reviews HOWEVER, they exceeded my expectations with customer service ALONE ! I was true a Momzilla ??♀️ but my hostess looked past it . Any error I brought to her attention she was QUICK to correct . Her & the store manager Joe made sure my party was a SUCCESS ! Ms.Alicia is also the sweetest & went above & beyond . I can’t remember my hostess name but please passs on the praises to her !! Reign Saturday 3/9

My ratings where true but in a restaurant with only 200 year old games and an animatronic show I seem to go toward the show and if you so much as touch these robotic figures i will find a way to bring down this business these are the closest animatronics i have they might not be in best condition BUT I ENJOY WATCHING THEM JUST GIVE PASQUALE AND JASPER SOME LOVE. I'm Quoting this from yall "The animatronics have become the side show" If yall think thats true than you can get a new show. but if you can't leave these animatronics alone.

We visited to say goodbye to the 3-Stage animatronic show. Alisha one of the managers, and the tech manager of this location do an absolutely amazing job. Great people running a great location. Oh and the salad bar was SUPER fresh looking! ?

Didn't eat any of the food there, the staff was excellent, polite, courteous, accommodating. The setup there is spacious with a selection of games and kids rides. ?

Didn't eat any pizza, but played games and had a great time anyway! Was here for the birthday party of a younger relative. Only thing I wish is that they'd keep the animatronics (and maybe give them some TLC). They're the thing that makes this place so magical ?
