I went in on Easter Sunday morning to get donuts for our whole crew waiting at home. The woman that got our order was mad about something and was as rude and unpleasant as she could be. By the time she got our 3 dozen assorted donuts in the boxes I almost just walked out without anything. I will never be back in this shop.

Worst location in town! I ordered a hot white chocolate, caramel latte. There was no caramel! It was so sweet I couldn't drink it! The girl that took the order was just plain grumpy! The receipt paper was pink and couldn't be read or I would have called and spoken to a manager! NOT a happy customer!

I started going by the new location drive thru only that is and the employees are polite, and seem to care about there customers which you don't get that most places anymore , so keep it up

The management and staff here are always so nice and friendly! Everytime I have to pick up an order through drive-thru or inside it's always ready in less than a minute! Keep up the good work ? I love this location.

I decided to get my morning frozen coffee like I normally do on Saturdays.... However, halfway through drinking my coffee, I open my lid to kind of stir it around a little bit more to realize that there is short black hair in it. It definitely was not mine as I have long blonde hair. As soon as I saw the short black hair, I knew that this would be the last time I visited this damn dunkin. Not only was my drink contaminated, but the person who served me was also rude. I BET THE DUNKIN IN HELL HAS BETTER SERVICE THEN THIS. 0 STARS OUT 5 WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND
