Older lady in the drive thru was very rude and rushed me the entire time. Not sure who pissed on her parade but she needs to go home and try it again. I ordered 2 med coffees with 10 assorted donut holes. Had to pull around and wait on coffee. ITS 8 AM why am I being parked for coffee?

just rude & nasty. asked the lady if she was ready for my order because she never said "what can i get for you" or any other indication that she was ready to take my order & i wasn't going to start listing off my order if she wasn't ready & when i asked if she was ready she got smart & said "i said thanks for choosing Dunkin didnt i" last i checked a greeting isn't the same as being ready to take your order. i didn't realize customer service was such a hard concept.

They are rude as hell the manger is also rude that dont make the drinks like they are souppsed too they have little kids working behind the counter ..Everybody stop going there.

I ordered a ice caramel craze with a extra shot of espresso small. Got it tasted like straight syrup. When back through the line to get another one and the lady told me that she seen the man put two shots of espresso. Well he probably did do that but also poured a gallon of syrup in it . Would not recommend.

Dunkin has some okay coffee, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes you will get good customer service and sometimes you get not-so-great service. The donuts are OK but I love their cream cheese bagel bites.

7:30am and the doors weren't opened. The service was terrible when they finally opened the doors. We were the first people there and it took 20 minutes for 3 coffees, a croissant, and hash browns. They seem to only care about the drive through line. The visit was a disaster.
