We had a great lunch at El Jalisco today, our server was Hector and he was the bomb. Their menu is very expansive even though we ended up with the chicken + steak fajitas which came out super hot and fresh. My partner got the two for one margaritas and said both the strawberry and the mango flavors were awesome.Highly recommend this location, it's very fun and energetic here! I'll be coming back ?

This is a hidden gem. My wife and I have always eaten at the location on Capital Circle until the location closed, and one afternoon, as we were coming into Tallahassee, she said she was hungry and wanted Mexican food. I had her look for the locations and dang if we were right there. We went in and had an amazing lunch and have been back several times since. Best El Jalisco, in our opinion.

I love this location when I am by myself. My sister and I frequent the Southwood location often as well but the Kerry Forest location is great. The food is great. The service is great. The decor is nice and I just love it here.

Huge menu! All looks good. My enchiladas were tasty and the queso is a great starter.
This place is unacceptable! I went with my 2 friends and we are all young teenagers! There was very bad service! They took advantage of us because of our age! Tables that got here way after us got their food way before us! the food was mid! we talked to the manager and he cussed at us in spanish( he didn’t know we were fluent)! I AM ENRAGED! NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE!

We went after a game celebration and had a large party. We spoke to a manager several days before, provided him with the number in our party & our approximate arrival time. He said this location would be able to accommodate our large party, what a nightmare!! Some of our players had to sit at a different table. We only had 2 servers for 40 people. Everyone at the tables received their drink orders except myself and one player. When we did get drinks, she gave me lemonade vs water. I must say the patrons that weren't in our party I observed they were able to order and receive their food within 10 to 15 minutes. Personally, because of the time it took to put chips and salsa out and bring drinks, I decided not to order any food. My daughter ordered, and her food was delicious. The parent seated across from me said one of her daughters chicken tenders was hard, and fries were cold. I'm willing to give this location another try, but not with a large party! We have visited the Southwood and N. Monroe Street locations without any issues. Bon Appétit!
