My man Nick in there helped me out when I received the wrong sub the night before when he wasn't working. He showed exemplary customer service, and made an amazing sandwich. Give this man a raise or a promotion. He deserves it.

Last couple times our order isn’t right. They seem stressed and aren’t paying attention to what they’re making. This last time it was insanely wrong. Sauces all over that weren’t asked for, wrong bread, missing veggies, someone got real creative. Only solution is to drive back and get them to remake, hoping it’s correct the next time. Eh. For me, with these gas prices I’d rather just go elsewhere.

i walked in and the staff didn’t acknowledge there were people at the door, after placing my order i realized the staff had no hairnets on and no gloves, they had no drinks available and when i asked for a refund i had to wait for a manager to come back from chick-fl-a because the staff did not know how to work the kiosk. TERRIBLE customer service!

this location has terrible costumer service.. i went in for a takeout order when i walked in i didn’t get welcomed… when ordering the lady didn’t ask what bread i wanted she just assumed .. and when i wanted a refund because every drink in the machine was out except diet drinks i had to wait for the manager makayla to come back to the store who left to go the chick-fil-a .. definitely won’t be coming back here again ??

Overall e everything was good I'm not sure if it's because I got wheat bread or not but it was kind of dry. I'm not used to anything from FH being dry. Anyways it was still delicious and I will always prefer FH over any other . You do get your money worth.

Came in and showed proof and was told do you think your special of something when I asked if I could get a free drink with a purchase with my order and was told they don’t give first responders nothing free they are just regular jobs the manager last name was Strickland that is uncalled for I’ll never be back to that location ever again
