Ordered extra toasted bread and it's not toasted at all. I don't even think they heated it. The meat is cold. Ordered extra veggies and there are definitely less than normal I think. The guy was nice when I went to pick up. Double triple check your order before walking out.

I would recommend this place to anyone it's a small little place in a small strip mall on North monroe. You walk in you feel instantly comfortable. The people are extremely generous, caring, and kind. The woman at the counter help me out extremely well with care, and compassion. The manager on duty at the time was Scott. I must say that Scott is one of the best managers I've ever seen working. As a shift manager myself, I want Scott to do his managerial duties with compassion and fairness.. He helped me out in so many ways. There are so many more good things that I can say about Scott. He seems like a great person. I will say the food is amazing they have the best Miss Vickie's chips. There's soda machine actually works well. And from experience I can tell you that this is not what most soda machines actually do. Most don't make the soda well theirs was clean and very well maintained, The counters were beautiful. The floor is clean and swept even in the middle of a busy part of the day. The bathrooms were great. And it being a cold day the heat wasn't up too much. And it wasn't too cold but the best thing was the food is amazing. I would recommend this place to my family,my friends,and all the firefighters, police paramedics and EMTs. This is one great place to go. And I've been to over five Firehouse subs. This is one of the best. I recommend it to everyone.

First time ever! Wow so I called in to ask for pricing because I was going to get a salad after hearing a coworker great recommendation. I spoke with Sherry who answered the phone and decided to tell me she has a line of people there if I’m just calling for pricing proceeded to hang up on me. Little does she know or try to understand that I was placing an order online. I’ll try another firehouse in town. I too work in customer service as well. Nevertheless know how to govern/ adapt myself accordingly and operate under pressure. Suggestion : Customer Service Is even better when it can be provided under pressure.

I mentioned to my sister about not rounding up and the cashier began arguing with me about not donating. Voices were raised, I found it unacceptable to argue with a customer. This was after she almost double charged us for one combo. She’s an older lady with white hair, extremely argumentative and rude.

The food here was delicious and the employees were nice and attentive.Kid-friendliness: Their kids meals are perfect sized and also really good.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a nice big ramp around the side of the building for wheelchairs.

Do not waste your money, time, or energy here! Ordered 2 customized Subs. The subs were completely made incorrectly… It truly sucks to overpay for something specific and then not receive anything remotely close to what you even ordered. The staff clearly do not care or take their job seriously. This clearly is a consistent issue, given the other most recent reviews for this location. My family has always loved this place, HOWEVER, this location has really gone down hill over the last year! We will most definitely not be back.
