On Feb 29th, I had an unbelievably rude experience here and I wasn’t even the customer who was treated poorly.The line was about 6 people long, and an older man came in to the store and stood in line. A woman at the counter called out “Brendan!” For an order, and the man attempted to speak up and clarify- “Did you say Brendan?”She literally looked at him, made a nasty face and then waved her hand dismissively and looked away, and again called Brendan. Several of us in the store were looking at each other very confused.A third time she called out and he attempted to speak up, and she said “Sir- no, you have to wait in line.”He then seemed confused and told the customer in front of him “I mean my son ordered my sandwich and his name is Brendan..”Now, a second associate walked up to the first, and they both look extremely annoyed. I spoke up and said “Ma’am, he is saying that his son Brendan ordered the food on the phone(my misassumption)- is the order paid for?”Annoyed, she shouted “Yes but this was an online order!” And the man said “Ma’am, it was an online order. My son Brendan placed it..”Not once did she offer to verify the order, the sandwich, to hear him out. Several customers were baffled. My girlfriend and I walked out. I’ve been doing customer service for 20 years, this was RIDICULOUS.

If I could put ZERO stars I would, I can’t believe the disrespect that came from the staff, me and family came in there to eat dinner, we order our food at 7:30pm, the cashier was very very rude was on a phone call and just didn’t seem to care, we went to a table to sit down to eat our food but the young kid working there said that their dinning room closes in 10 minutes, NO WHERE does it say that close their dinning room at 8. We got the first set of food we ordered and my husband is looking at the food and the employee looks at him and says “bro I just told you the dining room is closed” and my husband said I can’t look at my food, and the employee said some words with him and pretty much was disrespectful, I don’t understand why these employees who hate their jobs so much even work. I found it disrespectful and very rude, they even went as far as taking the chairs away and told an elderly man that he wasn’t allowed to sit down and wait for his food.

Worst experience ever!!! Customer service is clearly not key working here. Went in there to place my order and the guy working was so rude told me he is not taking any orders only on the app and continued to talk on his cell phone. I then asked is there another firehouse near by he told me I can google it myself. The manager didn’t say a word only stood in the back and watched not stepping in or anything. I ended up going to the firehouse on Thomasville rd and I got a much better welcoming experience but I will NEVER go back to this fire house.

These people tell you 2.5 hrs BEFORE they close that they can't make TOO MANY subs as they are about to close. Mind you we were there at 6:30-7:00 pm ON a Monday evening they do not close until 9 pm tonight 9pm. GEEEESH LAZY LAZY LAZYAnd rude absolutely verbally rude to my husband and this has happened MORE THAN ONCE AT THIS LOCATION. They WILL BE REPORTED TO THEIR HUMAN RESOURCES.FYI DONT MESS WITH A MILITARY FAMILY WITHOUT US YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! HAVE SOME REPSECT KIDS.

Wish I could give less than one star. Twice in one month….walked in and no acknowledgement from workers behind counter. One sandwich Tikki 15 minutes. Last visit….worse. No acknowledgement by 2 workers behind counter. I stood in front of the register and finally another worker emerged from the back and just stared at me. No hello. No can I help you. Just a long stare. I said can I order a sandwich? His response was a grunt. Who hires these people.?Good luck on a horrrible business
