I ordered online. My diet is restricted a lot so I know it was a bit questionable on my order how to make it. A staff member called me to make sure it was what I wanted. I thought that was nice. The food was good. I really like the gluten free bread! I love the option for “less bread” too. I do wish there was spinach as an option.Dietary restrictions: It is possible to tweak the dietary needs of most. I really like the gluten free bread. I was glad that it wasn’t a wrap like everyone else has. I felt more like I was eating a sub.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Drove 30 minutes and picked up order. They made all 3 subs wrong and were very rude when I entered the store.

Food was good and cooked as per request. You order at the counter and wait for your name to be called and pick up your food at the counter. The restaurant was clean with sanitizer bottles located directly next to the drinks station. Since Covid, there are no longer communal hot sauce bottles.

Pretty okay place. They have food, which is good. Honestly though, subway tastes better and is cheaper, but firehouse has better quality, and they have good cookies. The employees are pretty cool too. I’ve met a few of them here and there, boss man John is cool. Would like to get to know the employees better. Also, their bacon needs to be crispier.

They hire children that's always playing over your food while fixing it and they don't pour the water off of the meat while fixing your subs the bread be wet.
It is a chain but this location has the friendliest people! Each order has been correct and very good. I like the pastrami and the club on a sub. The chili is good as well.

The subs are great it’s the customer service that stink when we walked in nobody greeted us they looked at us like we were not supposed to be there we had to speak first and everyone else that came in after us was greeted with no problem
