Inconsistent Service ExperienceI frequently visit this location due to its proximity to my job, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Today's visit was no exception—I ordered a chicken finger box with extra sauce and a cup of water, only to be charged for them and receive neither.Despite waiting for the staff to return to the window, there was no response, forcing me to leave as I was running late for my shift. This isn't the first time; a previous order also had a mix-up with a sandwich and fries, resulting in coleslaw instead.Although today's food was surprisingly fresh, the ongoing issues with service at this location are concerning and need improvement.

When I got there, the line wasn't that long, but it took forever to get my food. Once I finally received it, it was fresh. But you can tell it was time to change the grease. My french fries were burnt, and they were really hard. I think the cook was rushing. Most of the time, my food is food good. But I don't know what happened on this particular day.

The chicken is great… The fries are horrible… Wish they would keep the same staff.. some of the newbies do not understand those of us who have been eating there for 30 year's tho and they don’t know Business or social ethics when it comes to serving people..Kid-friendliness: This is the only place I’ve ever seen that does not provide a drink with a kids meal.. shameParking: You have one handicap parking spot next to the front door and there is always a teenager that has pulled up in that spot to run inside and grab their chicken and no one says anything to them so when a person who is handicap needs it.. it is unavailable.. I just experience it two days in a row. No worries I took pictures of their tag and I’m handing it into the police department because if you are won’t do something about it, they will.Wheelchair accessibility: Door closest to register is Hard to open
I love Guthries, and sadly don’t live close to one, so I stop when I’m traveling.This was by far the worst Guthries I’ve ever been to. We walked inside and no one was at the front counter and all the tables were dirty. It took 3+ minutes for someone to come up from the kitchen where we could hear everyone talking and cursing while goofing around. None of the employees had on any sort of uniform, their clothes were all super casual and mismatched.After placing our order I used the bathroom before getting back on the road. The walk to the restroom was greasy and disgusting. DISGUSTING! They must use the floor drain in the ladies room when “cleaning” the floors, because they were also covered in grease and grime. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, either.They didn’t bag our order or give us any napkins or silverware. Our fries had no seasoning.Just awful!! Clean your restaurant!!!!

Every body says it's just like Zaxby's, but they are wrong.They have no spicy sauce to put on thier chicken fingers. I was told they do have a hot sauce, but what I got was just some packets of Texas Pete hot sauce.My chicken was room temp, but my fries were fresh and hot.

Use to be the best. I went to get my food at 10:30 when they opened sat at the speaker saying hello for like two minutes, after hearing me say I was going to look up what time they open someone came to the speaker to take my order. I sat at the window for 8 minutes a employee came from the office looked in face and went back into the office, I was not acknowledged until the cook came from the back to tell me that someone would be with me in a moment, service use to be better then this. I don’t like it so much now
