Breakfast was good. When I ordered coffee the cashier said that it's all gone so she hands me a fountain cup. Really??? But another young man stepped up and made some fresh coffee! I really appreciated him! Otherwise, chicken biscuit sandwich was very very good.

Horrible service and food. Never again. The order taker was rude and impatient. I ordered a three tender meal and no one was in line besides me. I was asked to park so they could cook fries. After waiting approximately 5 minutes I got my food and drove away, I realized that I received what was the equivalent of one and a half tenders. Two were broken pieces that were just about an inch and a half long and one was intact, but was about two inches long. On the positive side, the fries were fresh.

Hardee's has the best breakfast if you want a really good Express breakfast that is inexpensive I suggest that anybody should always go to Hardee's hot and ready and people are friendly and respectful I would send anybody there including my own dog

They are extremely understaffed but the customer service is exceptional! Food was hot and fresh and the milk shakes were amazing!

I waited 15 minutes as the only customer. the food I got was stale and old. I should have just gone to McDonald's. I would have gotten better quality.

Apparently there was a person filling in for the manager and she was the rudest most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a long time , the young girl at the window was very helpful and tried her best to get my right order to me but the food was terrible , definitely wasn't worth the problem .

Very rude managers and everytime I come to get a shake it’s always a excuse “ we don’t have shakes “ but I rode past looking in the window and seen a employee drinking one poor business also a lot of days it was said “ we are closed “ when it wasn’t said on website ..

Customer service was on point. I didn't love their new chicken and waffle sandwich but honestly I was just trying something new. The kids love their 99 cents drinks and flakey apple pie. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely come back.

July 19, 2021 2:51 ordered food at drive thru, paid and was given drink.. sat at drive thru for 20 minutes until employee came to window and I asked what was going on? Came back and said it would be a little over a minute for ticket to come up. Finally order delivered.. warm chicken sandwich, cold fries and cold burger. Ranch bacon chicken sandwich had very little ranch, no tomatoes and this was the lettuce in photo.As we drove into highway I called back and was told they had to cook the chicken.. it doesn't take 20 minutes for a chicken filet. And I could come back and get hot food. After waiting 20 minutes why would I want to come back and wait again? I called manager Mr. Riley next day, his excuse was employee shortage.. poor excuse... It's called work ethics and communication!! I should have been told that chicken had to be cooked, would have ordered differently since I had a 10 month old in the car.I Would have understood had the business been busy, but wasn't.. it is the managers job to teach work ethics and customer relations and unfortunately this generation isn't being taught.Hopefully this will be corrected.
