Every morning that I can there as they open they're always slow it takes 15 to 20 minutes to even get your food. They are never prepared and there's always an excuse of why it take so long.

Absolutely terrible experience. They tried to sell my family raw chicken. I told them we could have gotten food poisoning. One of the staff members started telling me I didn't eat it and got mad with me. They didn't want to refund us the entire order and just the raw chicken. Lucky we cut the chicken before we were about to eat it. Disgusting, never eating from this franchise again. Have shared this with everyone on Facebook

The food took longer than expected to make, and we were the only ones in line. I do know all the Hardee's seem to be understaffed. They didn't have the milkshake items, but it wasn't bad. They gave us a cinnamon roll

Ordered a # 5 for breakfast, the menu said a sandwich, hash round and a drink. I did not get the hash rounds ! Called the store but was unable to get through! I’ll visit another location maybe they will get the order right!

I have ordered two Frisco burgers with no cheese for delivery in the last two weeks. Hardee's Managers and employees did not know their company offered delivery through their Mobile app. I received the incorrect order the first order then the second order came with not one but two slices of American cheese. I should have eaten it and sued the company because I'm allergic to cheese and their crew can't produce simple orders. Refunds are obviously frowned upon. I will never order from Hardee's again. $60 is just gone. I went to the location. Wrote them online since they're obviously too small to afford a 1-800 customer service number. Never do business with this establishment.

This was the most CLEAN, FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL Hardee's location I've ever visited across 5 states and Countless locations! We Loved our visit. I've never seen a restaurant so SPOTLESS before, unless they had just opened... and still, No Comparison. The staff said that their custody are always impressed with their location. My family enjoyed their meals, which were properly prepared and served! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down!!!!

They didn't bother to add napkins with my delivery. And said I didn't order a drink with my combo - which clearly my receipt said I added a tea. Tried to call, but it went to fax.

I have no complaints but I think it’s crazy how they ask me and my husband for our zip code to our card on 2 different occasions and for 2 different reasons. I hope someone from corporate sees this. I was not going to say anything until my husband had the same experience

Hardee's is always better way out in the country but in town will do in a quick pinch. Where else can I get country fried steak biscuits for breakfast? Mmmmm.... and Tell em to add eggs and grab a pack of strawberry jam. Fire breakfast sandwich ? ? ?

Ordered a big hot ham and cheese combo paid $10.42Get to work and it's a regular hot and cheese ( that is normally a 5 dollar combo) tried to call number on receipt and it's a fax ...Go to the store after work and it's closed......you got me this time,but not again......
