In anticipation of a large order, I used the order pickup feature, in hopes of simplifying the order for the cashier. I did not submit the order, because I was at the business and did not know how long it would take for them to receive an online submission. As the cashier transcribed the order from my phone, his entry is visible on the screen in front of me, the customer. For this reason, I questioned incorrect entries and each time he assured me he'd keyed in the correct thing. I even described what it was I was ordering and for example he assured me that "hot" wings are "x hot" wings despite both formats from the same business. In another example, I questioned sour cream infused ranch vs ranch. Again, he waved me away. Of course when I received my food I had hot wings and regular ranch, in addition to another error made by the kitchen, but was entered correctly on the receipt. The other workers were very helpful in correcting the order, but when I brought the error to the attention of the original cashier, his response was, "I entered what was on your screen". Obviously not, and more importantly my attempts to correct you should have prompted you to make sure you were correct, not treat me like I dont know what I am ordering. I'm not providing this feedback for him to get in trouble, but as an opportunity for retraining. There is a difference between hot and extra hot as well as ranch and sour cream infused ranch. Be willing to learn so you know for future reference. Instructions cant get more simple than a customer providing a typed order. I also offered to read it to him in case there were visual impairments. I don't know how I could have helped more.

Food: You will likely get more grease than food with your meal. Fried pickles and wings baskets had at least a 1/4 cup of grease that the food was sitting in. If proper frying techniques were used this place would have promise, but until then avoid this place.

I rarely ever give bad reviews... Sat here for almost an hour just to get cold wings and over cooked fries. It was stupid expensive, two people each with 10 wings and an appetizer was 50 dollars. This place is mid at best, and unbelievably slow.

My husband and I have always loved this place but recently our experience was not positive. We brought our family to dine and after waiting an hour and half with no food, we ended up walking out. They waited on everyone around us and kept pushing our table off. We are excellent tippers and would have been more than generous if we received any kind of service. Also there was a drunk belligerent man swearing at everyone in there . They probably should have cut the alcohol off from this character at some point. In ending I’ll say I like the food the atmosphere is ok but the service is hit or miss at best.

Waited 26 minutes and not one person waited on us. The black bartender passed us several times so did the red head. Had no problem talking to each other but not their customers. Doesn’t seem to be hurting for business but for what it’s worth lost two paying, tipping
