Received wings from Doordarsh that are very overcooked and chewy. Spent 31 dollars on this meal and didn't even receive the tots that were supposed to come with it. This is not the first time we've had an unpleasant experience with this restaurant (and no it wasnt doordashes fault with this order). Not ordering from here again. Tried giving a few chances but they've just gone downhill.

Mia was our server and was amazing!!! She said today was her 3rd day and she killed it! Definitely asking for her the next time & the food was also great!
Waited 39 minutes on drinks waited another 45 minutes for food. Food was not correct! I never knew a child( a person under 21 years old) bring you drinks! I wouldn't recommend this to a dog . The dog would starve before the food comes.

I entered Hooters and was sitted,Customer service was great in the beginning. I waited for over 15 minutes. No one came to serve me ask if I needed anything . after numerous waiters passed by. There was other people that came after it was serviced while I’m still sitting down waitin… Tge worst customer service ever.i will not return to this location again.

The service SUCKED!!! Our waitress Katie was too busy playing with her hair to give us any service. We had to wait 10 mins just to get a refill of our drink, 10 minutes for fries(of which she said itd be a few mins, but my gosh that's a long time)! Our food order was wrong, too. Ordered the roasted wings with lemon pepper seasoning TOSSED in BBQ sauce. Came to me seasoned and BBQ sauce on the side(which is not what I asked for).........

This was my first time at a Hooter's ever; the only reason we came here was because my husband looked back fondly on how good their buffalo chicken sandwiches were the last time he visited a Hooter's in Gainesville (16 years ago). I was curious to try their food and see what the hype was about so we found ourselves here on a Friday evening. I don't want to be a Debbie downer but our experience was subpar and disappointing. I'm writing this review to help others avoid this establishment so they don't waste their money on over priced bar food. It's really sad but I just feel like I have to be candid as we will never be returning. First off our waitress was a total space cadet. We had to insist on ordering food when she was about to walk away after giving us our drinks (which she didn't give us straws with so I had to go up to the bar and grab some). The drinks were quite lackluster and tasted dilute. The ladies' bathroom was a mess, two out of the three stalls had bowls full of urine and toilet paper everywhere. The only "clean" toilet had mold growing inside the bowl. The whole place had a dingy vibe. The food left a lot to be desired. My husband immediately detected the food was not as he remembered. We ate what we could. The waitress offered us dessert which we declined, then proceeded to walk away. It was another few minutes before she came back to offer a check. Mind you, this place was pretty empty for a Friday night... We paid over $80 (including tip) for some crappy bar food. The entire experience was really dissatisfying.

Had a few choices to stop by when passing through, and we opted to go this Hooters and I am completely glad that we did! Food was great, but the highlight was the pleasant service all around! Taylor was our server and she was excellent, but everyone there had the same vibrant cheerfulness that people go to Hooters for. The one closer to me seems to have forgotten that, but this one in Tallahassee has not! Keep it up!
