Friendly atmosphere, but pricey for a sub that's smaller then a subway sub (and you know what I'm talking about) also, your drink and chips are NOT included with your almost $11 sub, btw they only have 1 size drink that's almost $3 and it's a little smaller then a regular anywhere else. So needless to say I will NOT be eating there again ($48 for 2 subs,1 salad and 2 drinks!!)

It's sorta unique and the food is decent, but the store is always dirty. Like, how hard is it to wipe a table down or sweep the floor? And the people in there seem upset that you came in. Dude at register could literally be the rudest and least interested guy in Tallahassee.It's probably just not worth it, tbh

Such a great place for a quick lunch!I love the old school vibe of the eatery as soon as you walk in. Mismatched chairs line the wall give it a really homey feel.Their southern sweet tea is so refreshing and surprisingly not too sweet despite the name. Ordered the 1/2 BET sandwich and soup and it was so delicious! Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

Love Hopkins, but was refused service. Came in on Saturday at 3:10 at was told they're closed. I also called before hand and they disconnected their phones. If they say they're open until 4, I expect them to be open until 4. Hopefully the other locations will be more courteous and remain at posted hours.

This was my first time here. Earlier today, my coworker came back to work with a salad and suggested that I try you guys out. I ended up trying the Walnut salad. It was good. The next time I try it, I may try a different dressing. The balsamic vinegar overpowers it a little but but I ate the whole thing. The customer service was extremely pleasant!! The young guy at the front desk was extremely polite and courteous. There were 2 older women up front giving out the orders. They were working very hard. Thank you for a very pleasant first time, I will try a sandwich next time.

For the 3rd time in 2months I have ordered my usual Ultimate Turkey and gotten less than 1/8th of a lb of Turkey on my sandwich. Prices up, meat about half of what was already slim pickings. Today it was 1 thin slice of turkey!!! Approached owner and told meat wasn’t proportioned evenly on each side of sandwich. Not so 3 times in a row. After around 45 years, I’m done.
I love the tea. The sandwiches, soup and salads are delicious, same with the desserts. One can eat healthy here. The atmosphere is great and relaxing and service is top notch! My favorites are Med Tuna salad, most of their soups, the Guac, and for an occasional dessert a Congo bar.Vegetarian options: salads, soups, and sandwichesDietary restrictions: One can eat health here, vegetarian options.
OH MY GOD! This is the must go to local place in Tallahassee. For over 30 years I have been going here. The selections on the menu is so vast! Every sandwich is amazing. The Salads are fresh, and super good. The daily soup is always fresh and fantastic. Don't get me started about the mint tea. Now, let's talk about the desserts. Every cake is over top! and the bars are a staple in my life. I work nearby so I have popped in for a slice of cake. But today was the first time I got actual food. The service was not what I expected girl taking orders would not get her face out of her phone, and since I had never gotten a sandwich here before I had questions. But the food was perfectly made they I asked and was delicious.
