The restaurant is now named Dallas. We never ordered because we were completely ignored. I understand being shorthanded, but wait on the customers who were sitting for about 15 minutes or so before waiting on the couple who sat down after us. Very unprofessional. This was our first and last visit. Service should be rated 0.

It's Dallas Roadhouse,one receipt says Dallas Roadhouse,the other receipt says Island seafood. Has banner sign Dallas Roadhouse.The phone number on one receipt is a Chicago number. Been there twice, under staffed,but it's a new place. Got a SMALL salad the second trip, brought 4 folks. No soup or salad the first time. Other friends went,they MIGHT give it another try. Tried to charge me a to go fee, didn't have anything to go,not a lot of food...... I'm waiting for your response as of 2-13-24

I tried to bring my family here. It is not a restaurant. This is more like a bar/club than a restaurant. Their food looked good but loud music, too much for our kids. The server was so nice but not for kids. Good for a night out.

I see the direction the owner was going. Bar atmosphere with food, security was polite also the waitress, but not impressed after paying to get in. I exclusively came for the food only to be disappointed that I couldn't choose what I wanted to eat with the snapper I was paying market price for. I came for food and was okay with paying for the atmosphere but not worth paying the entrance fee only to be disappointed to be offered a lot of things I don't eat.

Never again. My family spent 100 dollars worth of food and received barely had any food in it. The waitress was rude the food came out extremely late. No accommodations when we complained. I would never step foot in this establishment ever again.
If I could give this place zero stars . I waited for over an hour for some frozen bag shrimp and a handful of rice. I called the manager and tried to raise an issue but he wasn't interested in what I had to say of the complaint. I just said forget it.

ordered a snow crab dinner, added shrimp... they came PEELED! Never been anywhere & received them that way. One cluster of crab with legs missing, and Kraft Mac & cheese. Owner brought over drinks for free before the meal came & I assumed it was to butter us up before this low quality plate came. Owner refused to show face or offer anything in lieu, I won't ever return.

The staff is more focused on talking to customers that they clearly know outside of work instead of actually doing their job. I waited over 30 minutes just for drinks and the place wasn’t even busy and when I finally got my check they over charged me for drinks that another table had ordered. The store is just poorly ran.

Staff and management/owner needs to have more communication with each other. Didn't even eat or drink something because the place was so poorly managed. They didn't even offer the draft beer because they wanted you to buy the overly priced too sweet mixed drinks.This place has the potential to be something different in this city. The establishment needs to decide whether it's a bar and grill, restaurant, or lounge and drive that service. Also needs to update Google and any other ads they post when they have private events going on.

This establishment is sooooo ghetto! Come for brunch, they run out of champagne for mimosas . Ordered a pitcher of mimosa they tell me it isn’t strong bc they are running out of champagne. Common sense says management or somebody need to go to the store if mimosas are their top seller. The food was mediocre, the service was horrible. Short staffed. Management didn’t care to compensate anything. 0/10 WOULDN’T recommend ?
